Special Containment Procedures: Due to the extragalactic1 status of [ITEM], containment is currently impossible at the Foundation's current technological level. Any public reports of [ITEM]'s anomalous nature are to be reported as false and are to be wiped from any platform.
Description: [ITEM] is an abnormally large black hole, falling into the Ultramassive special category. [ITEM]'s mass is approximated to be nearly 25 billion solar masses; more than twice the mass of SDSS J010013.02+280225.8, the now-second largest black hole in existence.
Objects behind [ITEM] seem to rapidly lose luminosity while behind it, with [ITEM] having an observed "leech" effect where it gains the other object's brightness. Additional observations show that [ITEM] exaggerates luminosity in front of it, occasionally even to one thousand (1000) times original brightness, depending on distance from [ITEM]. This effect has been observed to occur as long as the object that is under manipulation is within a distance of half a light-year from [ITEM].
