Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5001 has no strict containment procedure. SCP-5001's cell is to be monitored regularly so action can be taken if SCP-5001 begins to display any major behavioral shift. If SCP-5001 begins to display a negative drastic change in behavior an appointment with an on-site therapist as soon as possible to prevent SCP-5001 choosing to breach containment. SCP-5001 has been gifted a 9x9x8 cell decorated as an average bedroom of a girl their age with a small bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a bookshelf. Daily SCP-5001 a complete maximum of eight hours of free roam time, though the typical duration is only four hours of free roam time. During this time SCP-5001 can not enter any area with a security clearance level over level 2 clearance unless direct permission is given by an 05 council member. Description: SCP-5001 is a humanoid entity standing at 5 feet and 4 inches. SCP-5001 dons a purple cloak lined with gold material which is seemingly a mix of plastic and silk. under the cloak is a patterned green dress. All of SCP-5001's clothing are made of crepe fabric. the majority of SCP-5001's body is covered in worn out bandages made of linen cloth. SCP-5001's body is made of an unknown form of matter completely, and occasionally the black matter which does make up their body forms "clouds" of purple or blue matter which seemingly floats along the inside of their body. The markings on SCP-5001's body share similarity's with cosmic dust or star clusters based on their coloring and shape. SCP-5001's body has a gaseous and plastic composition, but they physically act as a solid while in corporeal form. SCP-5001's anomalous abilities are blurry at best and have undefined limits. SCP-5001 has displayed the ability to form "portals" and "windows" which allows them to transport matter between locations. SCP-5001 is capable of becoming "incorporeal" where they enter a state which in matter can not interact with their being. Based off of these properties of how it works it is assumed the SCP-5001 has some form of extradimensional or reality bending properties but it seems these powers are not strong enough to cause any major catastrophes. SCP-5001 has expressed interest in researching life science and physics with these interests and possible testing of their abilities a member of the 05 council has allowed SCP-5001 t go on low risk containment expeditions to aid in capturing and research of any anomaly captured during any of low risk containment expeditions.
Addendum-1:SCP-5001 was found in ████████ USA, After reports of "a floating robe" and "a creepy girl floating" in the town of ████████ on a Sunday afternoon. A foundation agent imbedded into the local police force reported it to the foundation and sent out MTF Mu-13 ("Ghostbusters") for the containment and if needed eradication of the anomaly
Addendum-2: SCP-5001 has show interest in cross-testing and interviews of multiple Keter and Euclid entities such as SCP-2020, SCP-035, SCP-1146, and SCP-049
Addendum-3: Researcher █████ observed additional space-themed patterns spontaneously appearing on SCP-5001’s face. SCP-5001 insisted that it was nothing and completely normal. SCP-5001 requested skin care products "in secret". Request granted.
