Special Containment Procedures: 4192 is contained in a 5m by 5m square room and must be left on or plugged in. 4192 must not be left alone or else it will start playing group loud notes for attention.

Description: SCP-4192 is an electric piano that plays groups of notes to mimic human speech. Due to 4192's design, it is most likely from the mid-80s early-90s. 4192 has 12 instruments but is set to the piano by default. In interviews, 4192 responds to the name Jade and was made for piano lessons. 4192 was found in a thrift store dumpster with the note "Do. not. [CENSORD]. Turn. Off." Expirenmnts showed once 4192 is turned off it starts leaking a small harmless oil that creates a stench that is still in 4192's cell even after several cleanings.
