The real name is Walson Malwar Walton where he has long neck and a different plague mask and a hat and he also wears coats too. SCP-5000 is not captured in Containment Procedures but WCFO found the documents about him. WCFO told us they are the unknown shadows and a kidnapper.

WCFO says SCP-5000 always in cafe and restaurant where he was appering at 6pm at Winter and Fall and 8pm at Spring and Summer.

Origin

In 1823 he was a normal human being where he likes to go to cafe sometimes but at the night some shadows followed him. He was in London but he was British Jew.
