Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Keter Euclid (See Incident Log XXXX-XX)

Special Containment Procedures: Both SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are to be contained on an artificially created island measuring 50 hectares [0.20 sq mi] located in the Hudson Bay, Canada. A Foundation facility has been constructed on the South end of the island designated as Research Site-25 and is to monitor the island at all times. The exact coordinates of the island and Site-25 are ██.█° N, ██.█° W.

Cameras have been placed across the island to track SCP-XXXX's location while ashore. A 3m high electrified fence has been constructed around the shoreline with one steel gate, 5 inches thick, acting as the only means of access. Personnel are to only step ashore for feeding and transportation purposes. Two Foundation vessels are to constantly patrol the island to direct any marine traffic away from the location.

SCP-XXXX may be allowed to enter the waters of the bay once per day for health purposes, after which it is to return to the island. If either entity refuses to return or attempts to swim further than half a mile from the island a tracker implanted in its hide will remotely activate and inject 0.05 mg/kg 0.10 mg/kg of Romifidine, rendering it unconscious. After the subject is considered immobilized a Foundation dive team will be sent for retrieval. All instances are to be implanted with this device immediately upon retrieval.

Description: SCP-XXXX refers to two entities closely resembling adult Clydesdale horses (Equus Caballus) designated SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B. The manes, tails and feathers of both entities are made of a material indistinguishable to sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima). The eyes are milky white in colouration and lack any form or pupil, despite this, both entities are capable of near-perfect vision even when submerged. Tests on SCP-XXXX-A have shown that the hides are made of an unknown viscous substance and currently researchers have found no way of removing objects once attached.
