Special Containment Procedures: SCP-X is to be contained in a 10m x 10m x 10m steel cell. The interior of the cell is to have a 1ft thick wool layer. Within the steel walls a layer of wool is placed, and should be regularly swapped out, as to avoid hardening. SCP-X's cell and the wool inside are to be routinely checked for cracks and other abnormalities. The cell is to be kept under constant surveillance and SCP-X's behaviors and eating habits are to be recorded.

Description: SCP-X is a large quadrupedal creature. When at full height, it stands at 6m tall, but is generally crouching and appears closer to 5m or 4m. SCP-X's weight is inconsistent with each weighing, but is generally between 270lbs and 470lbs. SCP-X's legs are long and slender, resembling those of a sight hound. SCP-X can move incredibly fast by "bounding" and Its torso makes up most of its body mass, although it shows signs of severe malnutrition. SCP-X has a long neck, and its head is humanoid, although it shows signs of balding. SCP-X's mouth can open to almost 4 times the size of a regular human, revealing massive teeth. These teeth are humanoid in nature, but are rounded at the end. SCP-X's teeth are its primary form of attack and there has been no recorded material strong enough to resist their bite force. When SCP-X consumes something, it begins to cover itself in a thick liquid, that is reminiscent of the material consumed by SCP-X. After approximately thirty seconds this liquid hardens, creating a thick layer of "armor" surrounding SCP-X. This defensive layer mimics the physical properties of the consumed material, although is far more acid resistant. if this protective layer is broken off, it is revealed that all sustained damage has disappeared.
