Item #: ???
A picture of SCP-??? prior to experimentation.
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-??? Is to be kept in a class 1 2 safe containment box, and not to be accessed except during testing as directed by a level 3 officer or above.
Description: SCP-??? appears to be a standard clothespin made out of a wood that seems to be a form of light maple, as well as utilizing an aluminum spring. It was found in a kitchen at ███████, where a Mr. ██████ noted that "everything he pinned stuck together."
After doing some testing, it has been determined that any two sheets pieces of material placed between the two metal prongs will cause both of the pieces of material to be bonded. This isn't instant, and it seems to depend on the length of time that the two materials are in contact between the wooden prongs. The two materials are chemically bonded, and the joint strength is proportional to the strength of the parts, as well as the time applied.
SCP-??? can be dismantled, but it will not properly function unless both the spring and the wooden part have been assembled together.
