Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a one cubic meter bulletproofed glass cube, locked at all times, within a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m steel cube coated with PTFE. Daily checks for any cracks or holes are mandatory. Security personnel will use surveillance cameras to ensure that SCP-XXXX stays inside it's glass container. In an event of a containment breach, all escaped instances of SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3 should be captured and incinerated.

Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a pack of 87 (formerly 100) yellow sticky notes with faces on them, the eyes reinforcements and the pupils and the smile drawn with black ink.

SCP-XXXX was recovered at an office building near ???????, ???????? inside a cubicle by an MTF unit, following a large number of deaths in the building. At the scene, 13 instances of SCP-XXXX-3 were found stuck to walls, monitors, and bathroom stalls, also found alongside 13 corpses, all with blood seeping out of their eyes. All instances of SCP-XXXX-3 were incinerated by MTF units.

Any human within a 5 meter radius of SCP-XXXX will have a sticky note removed from SCP-XXXX and will proceed to follow the subject, now known as SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 will follow the subject, randomly appearing on any surface in front of the subject, forcing them to look at it. SCP-XXXX-2 will quickly change to SCP-XXXX-3 if the subject views SCP-XXXX-2 more than five times. SCP-XXXX-3's reinforcements will now have blood seeping out of them, along with torn and ripped corners. Upon viewing SCP-XXXX-3's "face," the subject will then smile and laugh maniacally as blood will pour out of their eyes until they die of blood loss. SCP-XXXX-2's methods of teleportation are currently unknown.
