Special Containment Procedures: There are currently no known methods for impeding the manifestation of SCP - XXXX. However, upon manifestation, multiple actions may be taken to ensure the latter stages of SCP - XXXX’s affects will not become active. If an SCP - XXXX - B entity is reported and confirmed to have been developed, all sites must be placed on high alert in the event of an K-Class scenario developing, with all MTF teams available being sent to the last reported location of SCP - XXXX - B. If this entity is seen capable of manifestation of any effects capable of large-scale destruction, Termination is to be undertaken; If not the case, immobilization and containment is to be attempted.

If SCP - XXXX is reported, all personnel must avoid all direct contact with each other and report all abnormal visual stimuli to nearby personnel. If two personnel report the same stimuli, one of the two must either be terminated or, if allowed by those in charge of the mission, return from the area. If SCP - XXXX - A develops, terminate it as soon as possible.

Description: SCP - XXXX is a phenomenon known to develop within any MTF teams working inside any areas that are either known to be mentally damaging to most members of a team (Exact percentage unknown, estimated at 70% or higher) or having a Hume Level of ██ or lower. This phenomenon seems to only develop within groups of three personnel or more operating within an area of 1 kilometer. Any groups of one or two personnel working together in an area one mile from any other members of their group are considered safe from this SCP's affects. Furthermore, personnel at also considered safe if they have interacted with fewer than three other anomalies classified as SCPs, or have not interacted with any SCPs that other personnel of their MTF unit have interacted with.

This phenomenon will cause auditory and visual hallucinations of other anomalous entities within agents, which will increase in severity the longer the agents stay within the area. These hallucinations will only be auditory for the first one to one and a half hours of affect, with Visual hallucinations beginning soon after. Upon reaching four hours of affect, the most severe stages will manifest. Hallucinations will manifest for multiple personnel simultaneously, and will become more extreme in nature. These hallucinations will only appear as SCPs that all personnel affected have encountered.

If the personnel affected make direct physical contact, even while having multiple layers of protective material worn, their skin and appendages will begin to slowly merge together. No matter will be lost during this process; However, it has been confirmed that this process is extremely painful, rearranging multiple bones and organs into new designs, all with the same purpose and structure as before. At the end of this process, the brains and minds of the affected will merge into a single consciousness; The personnel, now to be designated as SCP - XXXX - A, will develop a strong need of isolation, which is theorized to be either disgust with their new self or a new craving brought about by SCP - XXXX.

After retreating into an isolated area, the SCP - XXXX - A entity will begin the final stage of transformation; The only common traits within this stage will be the development of severe photophobia and the complete restructuring of the body’s internal and external systems. Within this transformation, SCP - XXXX - A will copy traits of other known SCPs, combined with the SCP they had auditory or visual hallucinations of prior. Once this process has been completed, the entity will now be known as SCP - XXXX - B - 1.

The following is a documented list of SCP - XXXX - B entities documented.

SCP - XXXX - B1

SCP - XXXX - B1 is an entity discovered within ██████ ███████ on ████ ██, ████. This is a quadruped entity around ██ feet tall, with a large, roughly spherical central mass that has a large flat top section, covered in dead or dying polyps of a variety of colors, usually excreting a highly viscotic and translucent red slime. The entity has a large hole of an undetermined depth with an entrance atop the flat section of its central mass, with four appendages similar to human hands and arms, each hand having three fingers, extending from within.

All of the entity’s appendages are composed of a substance similar to that of flesh, able to move the creature about at a maximum speed of ██ MPH. When any organic matter is nearby SCP - 5105 - B1, the appendages extending from the large hole atop the central mass will attempt to grab ahold and pull it into the hole; After which an amount of bodily organs and fluids- Some of which potentially in working order- that are exact to the amount of material brought within will be excreted.

Upon being found by MTF agents, the entity was rendered immobile via destruction of the legs and three of four arm appendages via thermal weaponry. This entity is currently being stored within Site-19, currently pending Thaumiel classification due to the ease of obtaining bodily organs for usage of transplantation via using spare organic materials, usually scraps from meals.

SCP - XXXX - B2

SCP - XXXX - B2 was an entity discovered within ███ ███████████ on ███ ██ ████. This entity was large and reptilian, with an upper jaw that could extend upwards to nearly an 85 degree angle. Upon being found by MTF agents, the creature began to roar loudly, before charging towards agents without stopping. Only after shielding behind a wall of rock did the creature momentarily stop, before turning around to greet the other personnel looking towards it. Despite the nearly indestructible scales that lined the skin of the beast, it eventually was incapacitated, and sent to Site-██ for containment. However, when it reached its required destination, it was revealed the creature’s container had shrunk to be only around a 1x1x1 foot space; Naturally, the creature had expired along the trip, and the smell from the rapid expulsion of blood and organic matter from the container did not go away for several days.
