The Truth about SCP 001

During DR - ###### research on scps from Alternative universes he stumbled apon a rather concerning sight it was indeed an anomaly but unknown to him, it appeared to be a vast land of sand stretching further than the eye could see however there was something wrong.
Piles of flesh slithered by almost like a sarkic version of SCP-999 the sight of it sent shivers down DR - ###### spine, he although frightened of the monster he had never heard of anything like this before so he was intregued thinking he had found a new anomaly and the site director would be more than happy with his work for the day.
He then went on to spending hours apon end following the creature through the image shown to him on his screen waiting for something to happen.

After several hours following a massive pile of bones and flesh he came a cross a house with the windows borded up like it was a zombie movie what happend next shocked DR - ######

SCP - Hello? Come outside Im fine you will be too!

DR - ###### didnt know how to react he stared at the screen in amazement, after several minutes he snapped out of it and left the room.

He came back later on with Head Researcher DR - ##### which then he went on to describe the event to him in and what he saw, the head researcher was dumbfounded at the sight of his discovery, he swiftly told the site director over communications…

Later on that day 2 Alpha-1 representations of the O5 council requested the 2 researchers follow them and they where taken off to an unknown place, apon arrival of the place they where searched for any weapons of any kind, striped down to there trousers, socks and shirt and let into the room where they where met by a man appearing to be atleast 70 if not older they where told to take a seat as he had some explaining to do, they where then lectured on SCP 001 when day breaks and that the likely hood of it happening in this universe is extremely low however still possible before they left he said this

Supposedly the O5 - "The reason we have so many SCP 001's isnt to hide the real one hoping someone would falsely believe that only one is the real one its actually because all of them are SCP 001 but some of them havent happened yet in this universe or they already have…"

Both researchers where shocked, they nodded and turned to leave.

O5 - "Oh before you go I wouldnt recommend telling anybody we dont want anyone to get hurt do we?"

Both researchers left the room.
