Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature that stands at 2.4 meters tall, it has 3 eyes and can sense your fears, once encountered it can and will shapeshift into your greatest fear. Once you have been frightened enough SCP-XXXX will try to offer you a "Solution" and by letting your guard down it will then kill you in the blink of an eye or you accept it's "solution" and then you find the nearest object and slaughter yourself with it. Only 8% have survived SCP-XXXX with the assistance of staff members and other prisoners.
