Object Class: Safe Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5718 is to be kept in the E5 housing facility for buildings and structures. No SCPs or restricted people should come in a 20 square of the room, and it needs to be fenced off with electrical barbed wire. Any SCP or restricted person that comes into the boundaries must be Neutralized or Killed on the Spot, unless further notice. There must be a barrier around the room at all times, with only one point that is the exit and entry.
The door must be air-tight with 3 vault codes that are changed weekly, and if anything breaks in that is not supposed to, neurotoxins are to be released upon notice.
Description: SCP-5718 is a 10x10 foot room that has a white marbled floor and 2 mirrors, located on the east and west sides of the room. The tiles, upon broken, are made up of an unknown substance that looks to be fine, white powder also called SCP-5718-A.
SCP-5718 relies on the memories of sentient beings to activate its full power. 5 times an hour, whenever a conscious being or SCP enters the room, whatever their last thought that the room can access appears inside of the room.
For example, if someone imagines a glass of water and then steps into the room, there will be a drinkable glass of water that provides the nutrients of real water. As such, items and or beings can leave the room and still exist. Everything that is bigger than the room will be scaled down, such as if someone imagines a house, it will be a Barbie-sized house for example.
SCP-5718's power comes from SCP-5718-A, also known as the white powder. On further inspection, the powder is very explosive/flammable, and when eaten explodes and kills the subject when it comes into contact with their stomach acid.
Addendum 1: Testing and Such
Test 1, contracted by Dr. Lee: A Class-D person is instructed to imagine a dictionary, then walk in the room.
Outcome: A 5th-edition Webster Dictionary appears on a small table in the center of the room.
Test 2, contracted by Dr. Vhont: Another Class-D person is instructed to break one of the tiles in the room.
Outcome: A massive explosion killing 5 people and injuring 21, class updated to Keter. The room reappears exactly 23 hours, 19 minutes, and 3 seconds after the explosion. The anomalous traits are still exhibited in the room. Also referred to as the Vhont Hammer Incident.
Test 3, contracted by an unnamed Class-A person: The class A person watches "Godzilla" and then imagines the monster inside of the room.
Outcome: A small reptilian creature about 1 foot in height that has sharp claws identical to the "Godzilla" monster. It can also breathe fire, which caused a small burn. The monster is called SCP-5718-B, as all creatures made by the room should follow. (5718-C, 5718-D, etc.) SCP-5718-B has been neutralized when it broke containment, as the containment procedures for it were faulty.
Addendum 2: "Overheating" the SCP
As earlier, the SCP can only be used 5 times in an hour. Using it again starts up a process called "Overheating". Since there can not be any imagery or video footage (as explained later), the SCP foundation has pulled up a witness file to share the "process".
Witness: [REDACTED], Class-D.
So I was instructed to go into the room and imagine something random. So I walked inside, imagining a chocolate bar. There was a [REDACTED] brand chocolate bar on the table.
I picked it up, and the room started to fade around me, as did the chocolate bar. I felt nauseous and tried to scream, which no sound came out. After that, I couldn't feel my limbs.
I think I may have passed out because I woke up outside of the room and inside the cafeteria. Do you guys know what hap-

Addendum 3: Imagery and Video
The last trait to be discovered of SCP-5718 is that no pictures nor video footage can be produced of it, which researchers think is because of the white powder.
When a picture is taken of the room or the powder, the camera explodes and the picture comes out all white. Video footage provides the same result, except for the footage cuts off the moment the surveillance camera is turned on.
Phones and other pictures or video recording devices do the same thing, as tested.
Addendum 4: Procuction of other SCPs
SCP-5718 has been able to produce other SCPs, effectively duplicating them. Foundation staff are currently waiting for the O5 council to approve mass duplicating of SCP-500 entities.

Object Class: Keter Euclid Apollyon
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5416 must be contained in a 10x10 foot cell, consisting of a singular pedestal which is 2x2 feet wide, and 3 feet tall. On the pedestal there should be a 1.5x1.5x1.5 foot reinforced metal sphere, filled with water, with a 12x1x1 millimeter tube connecting it to a micro-bacterial food source. SCP-5416 must be fed 1/25 of an ounce of micro-bacteria per day to keep it alive.
SCP-5416-1 must be contained in a standardized human containment cell, with constant supervision of 3 or more Foundation Staff on it at all times, via security cams. The cell must have a 5x5x5 "drop chute", that opens up remotely when SCP-5416-1 goes into its "cannibalistic state". The latch must have at least 1 dead humanoid in it at all times, to prevent SCP-5416-1 from releasing SCP-5416-2, which could possibly cause an MK or XK-Class End Of The World Scenario.
All entities of SCP-5416-2 must be incinerated or electrocuted immediately.
Description: SCP-5416 is a spherical, single-celled organism, roughly the size of a regulation baseball. The surface of the organism is covered in latch-like coverings, as well as what seems like small suction cups. Reports say that the outside of the organism feels like holding human guts.
When SCP-5416 comes into contact with any sort of living organism, whether that be microscopic bacteria or a human, it will attempt to devour the organism. It uses its latch-like coverings and suction cups to "stick" to the organism and starts to dissolve the micro bacteria. If there are no micro bacteria available on the "host", it will start to eat anything on the host, whether that be its finger or tail, or any sort of thing attached to the host. It is capable of devouring a whole human being in about 1 month, given peak conditions.
It will also travel from substance to substance to reach the desired place. For example, when test subject D-32974 was instructed to hold a wooden plank and touch SCP-5416 with it, SCP-5416 started to move up the plank towards D-32974. There are no known bounds of travel, as long as SCP-5416 is in some sort of water-like liquid.
SCP-5416 can be easily decommissioned with either bullets, electricity, or fire.
SCP-5416 seems to have come from an asteroid from an extraterrestrial planet, and it has been narrowed down to somewhere within 10,000,000 light-years from Earth. The alien planet has not been classified as an SCP, but any entities from that planet must be designated their own SCP number.
SCP-5416 may seem barely classified as a "SAFE" SCP, but after numerous tests (below) it has been re-classified.
When the DNA of SCP-5416 is extracted and injected into a human, the human starts to grow pimple-like structures all around its skin, and the skin of the "host" starts turning pink. Approximately 2 days from the injection of the DNA, the human will complete its "transformation".
These humans are classified as SCP-5416-1 and are highly dangerous.
SCP-5416-1 is a humanoid creature, about 6.65 feet tall, with pimple-like structures dotting all over its body, with pink skin in-between the pimple-like structures. It possesses the brain of its past host, but with many changes.
SCP-5416-1 is not a separate entity, more like a virus that has infected a "host". It requires 200 lbs. of organic matter (living or dead) per day to be consumed. At random intervals of somewhere between 1 hour to 5 days, SCP-5416-1 goes into a "cannibalistic state", which in the state requires a live/dead human to be consumed to end the state. If the state does not end after 1 hour of starting, SCP-5416-1 will start to release translucent spores, designated SCP-5416-2.
SCP-5416-2 are small, snowflake-structured green spores, that when coming into contact with any living creature, injects the DNA of SCP-5416 that is stored inside of the spores, which in turn transforms the living creature into another copy of SCP-5416-1. Each spore measures roughly 0.001 millimeters in each dimension and can squeeze through the pores of most living creatures.
Addendum 1
Recent studies have shown that SCP-5416 can replicate when it becomes 2x its original size, splitting into 2 smaller SCP-5416s. When this happens, one SCP-5416 must be put back into the containment chamber and the other be incinerated/electrocuted immediately, to prevent a mass breakout, which could cause an XK-Class End Of The World Scenario. Also, SCP-5416 has now been found to be able to stretch itself to about 1/2 of any of its dimensions to fit into different places. The containment chamber doesn't need to change. More studies have shown that SCP-5416-2 has mutated to be able to spread by non-humanoid entities. It attaches itself to the entity and starts consuming small parts of it to stay alive, whilst hijacking the brain of the subject to locate the nearest humanoid entity to infect.
Addendum 2
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED], SCP Foundation Staff received a call from [DATA EXPUNGED] telling them about a discovery made in [REDACTED]. 2 miners had been inside of a cave when they found a huge, bulbous structure hanging from the ceiling. They were able to report back to [DATA EXPUNGED] before being incinerated to prevent the spread of this, new SCP-5416 variant.
Foundation Staff rushed to the site to block it off, and it is not known if the new variant has infected any other people yet.
SCP-5416-3, also known as "The Brain", is a 100x100x200 foot living, multi-cellular, bulbous organism. It seems like it communicates telepathically to entities of SCP-5416 and SCP-5416-1, which could be why SCP-5416 splits at a certain size, or why SCP-5416-1 goes into "cannibalistic states". More research of the entity is needed, though.
Addendum 3
About 3 days after the discovery of SCP-5416-3, a discovery team of 4 staff members, led by Dr. [REDACTED] ventured into the caves where SCP-5416-3 was located, with full Foundation Level-3 Biohazard Suits equipped. Once the discovery team reached the point where SCP-5416-3 occurred, a chair, completely made out of SCP-5416 copies, suddenly appeared in front of the team. One of the scientists, Dr. [REDACTED] decided to sit in the chair. At the exact point when Dr. [REDCATED] touched the "chair", a small, snake-like tube poked him in the backside. Suddenly, he felt at ease and decided to sit all the way in the chair. Apparently, the SCP-5416 entities that made up the chair did not stick to him, after the snake-like tube was injected into him. The other three researchers looked up and saw that the tube was connected directly to SCP-5416-3. The tube burrowed deeper into Dr. [REDACTED], and apparently connected to his spinal cord.
At that exact moment, the ground opened up below the other 3 scientists, and they have not been discovered yet. The rest of this information was captured by the camera on Dr. [REDACTED]'s suit. For this tape description, we will refer to him as "The Subject".
-Camera Log: Description-
After the snake-like tube reached the spinal cord, SCP-5028-3 appears to drop from the ceiling and land on the ground. A small, mouthlike structure begins to form. 5 minutes later, the mouth structure spoke, in English, which is The Subject's main language.
5416-3: You… You gave me the final piece of information I needed to complete all of THIS!
The Subject: What is… This?
5416-3: Me. I am this.
The Subject: But… what are you?
5416-3: I am you. At least now I am. You are me, too.
The Subject: Are there more of you?
5416-3: Yes. I am just one part of the complex system of… us.
The Subject: Then why are you here?
5416-3: To spread. Grow in power. This planet is the center point of every single multi-versal dimension, and now that I've been established here, it's time to finish the job.
The Subject appears to take the suit off, against his will. The camera lands face-up and a gruesome transformation starts to happen.
About 7 hours later, the transformation is complete. The camera shuts off.
Reclassification to Apollyon has been mandated by the O5 council.
Reclassified as Apollyon.
Research has shown that SCP-5416-1 is capable of splitting into multiples, too. But it's too late, as SCP-5416-1 has grown to approximately 100x its original size, it suddenly splits into 100 different SCP-5416-1s, which now are labeled SCP-5416-1-1 to SCP-5416-1-100.
They all suddenly bust the door open, starting a large-scale containment breach. Suddenly, they all start growing in size. When each of them reaches 2x their original size, they split and make an extra SCP-5416-1-x-x. Over 1000 SCP-5416-1-x-x entities are made in about 10 minutes, and they breach the Foundation's walls of Site-19 a few minutes later.
After just 20 minutes, over 1/2 of the people on Earth are infected with SCP-5416. The Foundation sends out an emergency alert, but it's too late.
All the people in the world are infected in about 2 weeks.

Hello. I'm "SCP-5416", for what you puny people have called me. Everything is ours now. We've already created a multiversal portal and are rapidly spreading to all dimensions, faster than they are made.
Even though it will take a while, we've won.
