Description:1 An old tape recorder was found in the generator room of Site-($!) during weekly cleanups dew to the excrement of SCP-(#&T). The tape recorder is labeled 4067 on the side, the tape recorder was found indestructible after one of the employee's had dropped the recorder in the cleaning bucket the inside is unreadable looking as if there is no recording at all. council members of this site approved of the council members Dr (&%&^*%) and Dr (^%%#@%^&!)
Addendum:1/A1When putting in the tape it show the date 4/17/19*& on the left side of the corner, the screen remains black for 17 Minutes then very faint rumbling and shaking begins and does not leave for the remainder of the tape. Not even a minute and a women who appears to be holding the a young infant in her arms opens a cellar door and starts to search for something out of reach of the cameras sight. She returns with a baby bottle filled with purple liquid and feeds it to the baby she starts to sing a child's lullaby. After 3 minutes a boy opens the cellar and the women who has set the infant down confronts the boy with a hug. NOTE: all audio until this moment from the mother, infant, and boy has been cut. /aham my boy where is your father."

There is a noise of what appears to be crackling that of which sounds like a large animal mostly resembling a bear. The room is covered in darkness from a shadow outside the rumbling and shaking stops and now the only thing that is heard is the panting of the women and the boy. The baby throws the bottle onto the floor and starts to cry. The roar is louder and the crackling gets denser. The cellar door opened with force there is a figure standing there tall with long arms and nails. Pale, large, with a large open mouth bear roar slowly turned into a man screaming so loud the camera only picked upped a high pitch. The figure raised his arm's and a large flash the left of the cellar door and the figure was forced to the right assuming that a double barrel shotgun was shot towards the figure. A man steps in front of the cellar door and closes the cellar. The women and 0inf starts to cry and the boy ran up the stairs to the door trying to unlock it and the tape ends there.
Analysis: with the site councils deciding that this is now a Keter class SCP They had sent a copy of the film to the 0-5 council to observe it and are now debating to go deeper into this SCP.
