Containment: The containment cell must be pressurized to 500,000 Pa at all times. The temperature of the cell must be at least -10 degrees celsius. Nothing is allowed in the cell without expressed and written permission of either two Class B or one Class A personnel. Thermal and visual cameras are to be placed in all four corners of the cell and leave no blind spots. There is to be only one entrance reinforced by three inches of steel. If the door is to be breached or opened without proper clearance turrets loaded with cyanoacrylate are to be activated. All personnel interacting with or in the proximity of the subject must be either blinded or wear a headset that views the environment through a camera or other digital software. If the subject is seen and the responsible party remains alive they are to be immediately quarantined and subjected to a rigorous three-day psychological evaluation that is to be recorded. The responsible party is then to be terminated via deadly injection and an autopsy is to be performed. If for any reason the power is to be lost a tactical response unit with no less than 5 members must guard the sole entrance to the containment cell until power is restored. All interaction with the subject is prohibited until power is restored and the turrets are functional. Appearance:
The skull of the subject is exposed from the top of the head to the bottom lip. Tendons and muscles still cling to the jaw and temples. The sockets for its eyes and nose absorb all light but the subject still seems to be able to see. The subject constantly emits a hissing sound and clouds of pale pink powder leak from the exposed muscles of the jaw and temples in a pattern. It is hypothesized to be in rhythm with its exhales. Though the subject does not need to breathe it is possible to be only habit. The subject appears to have a humanoid form with brown skin tones and skull proportions of an adult Latin American male. X-rays reveal that the subject has no solid bone structure, instead having shards of bone that fit together and slide apart.
Subject Abilities: The subject must never be viewed by the naked eye or hallucinations ending in a heart attack are known to occur. Looking at the subject through a screen or live video broadcast dulls this effect but prolonged exposure still results in hallucinogenic symptoms. Sedatives seem to have no effect. All forms of violence damage the subject but its body quickly regenerates, The speed of this regeneration is fast but specifics are unknown. The subject appears immune to pain.
