Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 Is kept in a windowless standard humanoid containment cell made of reinforced steel lined with lead in Sector-█ at Area-██. Security cameras are to remain installed within the cell and monitored by security personnel at all times. Electrical Defense System is to remain installed in the cell's floor and on standby at all times. Transport of SCP-5000 is no longer permitted by order of Site Director █████████ due to increased threat level of the entity.
Though the entity is somewhat sentient, and is fluent in English, Site Director █████████ has also instructed that no personnel are to be permitted to communicate with SCP-5000 besides the current Senior Researcher or Class-D personnel for occasional research purposes. SCP-5000 is not to be experimented on by any personnel without level 3 clearance or above. Anyone who communicates with SCP-5000 both purposefully, or accidentally for longer than 3 minutes must report for full a psychiatric evaluation and possibly be administered light amnestics before being able to return to their duties.
If SCP-5000 demonstrates any sign of aggressive behavior, attempts at escaping, or any behavior the current Senior Researcher designates strange enough to be dangerous, it is to met immediately with the activation of the Electrical Defense System to subdue and pacify the entity.
Containment Procedures Update: The Electrical Defense System is never to be used as a torture device for personnel amusement. If these actions are reported or observed in any way they will be met with severe disciplinary actions and possibly termination.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a humanoid entity measuring at about 1.8 meters in height and 95.3 kilograms in weight. Entity wears a purple leather trench coat that on first arrival was examined and concluded to not be made of any leather material known to man and generates light levels of radiation. It may even be a source of power, however further study is needed to prove this. The dark grey collared shirt and black jeans SCP-xxxx wears are of normal fabrics and are not unnatural in any way. SCP-5000 also wears a normal black leather top hat and masks it's face in black goggles with red lenses and a black muzzle. while being examined on first arrival to Area-██ under heavy sedation researchers were able to remove the muzzle and goggles revealing [DATA EXPUNGED] causing severe radiation poisoning to all staff in the area see incident report xxxx-01 for details. This has since been forbidden to be repeated without the approval by Site Director █████████.
SCP-xxxx is able to create singularities that seem to open up a pocket dimension of sorts where it then stores victims it has killed. It kills these victims with a Psionic energy emitted through it's mind causing lethal cranial hemorrhaging in it's victims. Once the victims are stored in a produced singularity, SCP-xxxx becomes dormant in a sort of trance for thirty minutes. Once thirty minutes has passed the entity will produce another singularity and remove the victim(s) which are now coated in a stone-like substance with vibrant magenta crystal structures protruding from it. SCP-xxxx will then proceed to gather the crystals, place them in a specific area, and meditate near them while mumbling incoherently to itself causing the crystals to grow rapidly engulfing everything in a certain radius. Once this is complete SCP-xxxx will lift it's muzzle and absorb the entirety of the generated crystals into itself in a blinding spectacle of immense radiation and light that burns most objects and surfaces if not destroying them completely. SCP-xxxx will then retrieve an object from it's pocket designated as SCP-xxxx-1.
SCP-xxxx-1 is a trapezoidal shaped object of seemingly solid metal formerly stored in SCP-xxxx's trench coat pocket. Note that when the pockets were first checked on arrival to Area-██ the object was not found. After SCP-xxxx performs the aforementioned ritual, it will wave it's hand over the object and it will separate horizontally into two sections. SCP-xxxx will then breathe the energy it just absorbed into the center between the two sections of SCP-xxxx-1. The object will then close. During experimentation, the activation of the Electrical Defense System prevented SCP-xxxx from returning the object to it's pocket after it was closed. a retrieval team along with armed security immediately confiscated the object which now resides in sector-█ of Area-██. Prior to confiscation of SCP-xxxx-1 SCP-xxxx had never been hostile with staff without it being self defense. It even seemed accepting of containment. Once it was separated from the object, however, it became far more hostile and dangerous towards any personnel that tried to go near it including caretakers. At this same time it also started exhibiting a sort of brainwashing telepathy that effected anyone it did accept a conversation from. See incident xxxx-02 and Interview-03 for details. Due to declining success in interviews and ever escalating hostility from SCP-xxxx, research on SCP-xxxx-1 will take priority over research on SCP-xxxx.
