Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard safe with modifications to be insulated against fire. The documents are only to be removed for approved tests. No implements capable of being used for writing are to be kept within the vicinity of the documents.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a set of 112 exam "Practice Papers" covering various subjects at an A level qualification. All of the papers are marked as "unofficial" and "100% accurate". All of the documents are printed on 100 GSM standard A4 white paper with no anomalous properties.

The papers do not have any anomalous properties when unmarked. Upon having at least one question answered a reality shift even takes place within a ten meter radius of the centre of the paper. Reality in this area will shift to accommodate the information as reality. The effects end upon the answer being struck from the paper or otherwise made illegible.

D-Class personal are to be used for subsequent tests.
Biology D-6381 is instructed to answer a question on human anatomy incorrectly. Immediately upon answering the question D-6381's arms double in length. D-6381 is not harmed by this and his arms return to normal upon leaving a 10m radius from the test paper
Biology D-4712 is instructed to answer the question on human anatomy "as incorrectly as possible" See incident log XXXX-A
Physics D-7852 is instructed to create the conditions for a black hole. A small black hole is created 2m above the paper, consuming everything within the 10m radius including D-7852. After the area is filled by the black hole it sustains itself for 30 minutes before collapsing, leaving the paper blank.
