Slimy Bob

Item Number: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Containment Procedure: SCP- XXXX is currently held in a translucent tent-like structure ████ miles away from Site 25 ,based in the ████████ Desert. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored at all times at a distance of at least 700 meters. Any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be immediately terminated by sniper fire. If an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 is ever observed then the on-sight research and development team is to be alerted immediately. As of Incident Report-XXXX all further testing of SCP-XXXX- 1 is no longer permitted under any circumstance.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a metallic cloud-like structure approximately 15 meters in diameter that is comprised primarily out of brass gears and similarly mechanical humanoid appendages such as feet, eyes ,and (most predominantly) hands. All of which is surrounded by a cloud of grey, translucent dust of indeterminate material. Despite it's metal structure, SCP-XXXX is capable of flight; the current highest documented altitude is 15 kilometers, however it is believed that this is not the limit. SCP-XXXX is only capable of moving approximately 9 kilometers per hour and typically relies on environmental forces to reach its desired destination. Currently, it is still not known how SCP-XXXX is capable of performing this feat.

If any moving entity greater than 500 centimeters in height and 200 centimeters in depth are within 500 meters of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX will begin moving towards the entity. If SCP-XXXX fails to reach the moving entity within 24 hours of its initial targeting, SCP-XXXXwill attempt to find a new target. If SCP-XXXX comes within 5 meters of the target, then several strings ,closely resembling fishing wire, will burst from SCP-XXXX ,engulfing the target. It is at this point that the entity is considered an instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a humanoid figure with several deep incisions along all of the jointed areas on the body and is permanently connected to SCP-XXXX by several strings that are located all along the limbs of SCP-XXXX-1.

If ,at the time of transformation, the entity captured by SCP-XXXX was not humanoid, the entity would be cut and/ or disassembled, then reassembled to form a humanoid figure. If there is not enough material present to form a properly shaped humanoid figure then SCP-XXXX will ████████████████.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are sentient and capable of speech. When questioned on their transformation and nature almost all gave the same answer with only a few exceptions (see Addendum XXXX A-C). SCP-XXXX-1 view SCP-XXXX as a god-like figure, claiming that SCP-XXXX is an omnipotent creator deity that will one day rule over everyone and everything. If given an opportunity, instances of SCP-XXXX-1 will band together and create various altars and ritual sites from any and all surrounding materials that have not been captured by SCP-XXXX for the purposes of worshipping SCP-XXXX. The practices and rituals performed by SCP-XXXX-1 are notably complex and resource intensive, sometimes requiring sacrifices of various materials , typically metal and metal alloys , that are usually assimilated into SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-1 will do whatever possible to expand their numbers. Their methods of doing so have varied from kidnapping suitable individuals, to "dragging" SCP-XXXX around with the use of their attached strings, and even in one case creating a mock society built for the purposes of luring individuals towards SCP-XXXX (see Incident Report XXXX).

Recovery Log XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX was initially discovered in ██████, India on ██████ 19██████. At the time, the entity was controlling a new religious organization known as █████ ███████ which had existed for approximately 10 years prior to its discovery by the foundation.

The religion itself was vaguely based off on Buddhist and Hindu doctrines focusing primarily on a form of meditation known as "Dynamic Meditation" as well the rebirth and the "renewal" of the self. The followers of this religion would take on different names, wear different clothing, and would stay large portions of their day in or around the building(s) that SCP-XXXX was inhabiting. It was typically during this time period that the followers would be converted into instances of SCP-XXXX-1.

During its time in India, SCP-XXXX had moved its place of residents multiple times, current estimates say between three and five times in total, before the entity found its most lucrative inhabitants. The last place SCP-XXXX was ,before the foundation had apprehended it, was a meditation house in ██████ ██████, Pune.

In this place the religious practices ,informally referred to as therapy sessions, had reached their most radicalistic. The practices would often include the practitioners fighting, singing/chanting, and/or have large scale orgies. All of which was recorded by surveillance systems around the property and was either broadcast on local television stations or used in the indoctrination tapes that were shown too new followers.

Initially, SCP-XXXX's apprehension was unsuccessful as foundation staff were unable to approach the entity without being converted into an in instance SCP-XXXX-1; however, it was discovered that SCP-XXXX could be reasoned with and a deal was made that in exchange for refuge for itself and all of its current followers SCP-XXXX would not resist its relocation too Site 25. The entity obliged to the foundation's demand and was transported to site 25. Meanwhile, Class A amnestics were administered to all not currently converted followers of SCP-XXXX's doctrine as well as several Class C and D personnel were planted at the site and a cover story was formed centering around a Class C personnel known as "██████ ████████████ ██████" other wise known as "Rajneesh."

Addendum XXXX A : TL:DR "-1" is frantic, obviously in pain, and uncompliant with researcher's questioning.

Addendum XXXX B : TL:DR "-1" is more complacent than "Addendum A '-1'" however it is reluctant to give insight into SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX C : TL:DR "-1" gives details into SCP-XXXX's purpose, motives, and possibly creation. Make reference to "Tally Hall's The Ruler of Everything" whenever possible.

Incident Report XXXX: TL:DR "-1" creates a cult centered society that gets large and popular.XXXX absorbs all of the inhabitants and gets nearly too large to contain. Also, XXXX makes a bunch of " _ _ _ _-2" that are tiny versions of _ _ _ _ that aren't as hostile.

Notes The addendums and report are meant to be minimalistic at the moment. They are currently still conceptual and will be changed/ expanded upon in later editions.
