SCP-4545 Description: SCP-4545 Is a small girl who was found with SCP-4545-1 when she was initially contained in 200█ SCP-4545 was 14 when contained, and is now 26 years of age, SCP-4545 is very knowledgeable in every type of audio device given to her via the cycles of her cell, she has even decoded signals specific to classified SCP Communication prototypes.
SCP-4545 creates one of these anomalies every five years of her life, electromagnetic ratings inside her cell are at an all time high, after a random point in that year they drop to zero, around this time it is believed another anomaly is created.
Each Anomaly is able to have different physical traits and cognitive ability, each one deals with situations differently and acts accordingly, they are confirmed to be sentient and all currently existing and future anomalies are to be ranked Keter, efforts to keep SCP-4545 contained have been prioritized.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4545-1 is to be left on land reservation 4 in rural Kansas with standard issue patrols surveying the edges of the land 24/7
SCP-4545-1 Description: SCP-4545-1 is what appears to be a humanoid made out of static, approximately 6 feet tall, average build.
SCP-4545-1 emits a rapidly changing wavelength of electromagnetic radiation. Due to this constant instability, he effectively radiates a consistent unending EMP in a radius of roughly 15 feet about his current position. This EMP can penetrate through walls and interrupt electronic door locks, personnel equipment, and other technology. The EMP grows in strength and potency while the subject is standing idle, when sprinting or exerting himself the power of the EMP is reduced over time, similar to how a human would sweat, over time of idling this EMP effect will continue to grow, constant exertion is required for containment.
SCP-4545-1 is significantly harder to be seen by people with bad eyesight or people that have had any type of laser eye surgery or other similar procedures. He is entirely invisible to the naked eye through glass or any other transparent material, giving him a significant stealth advantage over any MTF, Facility guards and cameras.

SCP-4545-2 Description: SCP-4545-2 is a man that resembles SCP-4545-1 in appearance almost exactly, Almost no information was able to be gathered on SCP-4545-2 before he was neutralized and destroyed.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4545-3 is to be contained in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m containment cell with a 2 feet thick, titanium rod locked door with guards on duty at all times aswell as constant 24/7 supervision. SCP-4545-3 is not to be interacted with until further notice. Any and all violent actions towards walls or the door are to be reacted to immediately by staff.
SCP-4545-3 Description: SCP-4545-3 is a 7 foot tall humanoid with appearance similar to SCP-4545-1 and SCP-4545-2. Very muscular in appearance and has shown extreme displays of strength - Refer to Addendums for more information. SCP-4545-3 does not react to bullets the same way SCP-4545-2 did, no small arms fire during his appearance and containment did any noticeable damage to him and no reaction was shown.

General Report Log
SCP-4545-3 appeared in SCP-4545's containment area on March 27th 201█ at 12:34PM.
SCP-4545-3 proceeded to pry open the light containment door with his bare hands, after breaching the door he sprinted down the hallway directly toward a Facility guard, the Facility guard responded by firing off 4 rounds at SCP-4545-3, he proceeded to assault the facility guard killing him, he continued down the hallway, into a cross section, where he proceeded into a cafeteria, he then brutally beat 18 scientists to death before finally collapsing. He slumped to the ground and dissolved partially, he was then dragged into a standard issue heavy containment cell by Facility guards.

SCP-4545-2 Neutralization: On May 19th 200█ SCP Containment teams were alerted to SCP-4545-1s location. Upon arriving they identified the SCP and attempted to recontain it, they were surprised when the SCP started engaging guards in combat instead of running like SCP-4545-1s behavior had been before, many commands were ordered to the SCP before he forced a SCP Containment team member into a head lock and quickly snapping his neck killing him instantly. SCP-4545-2 was then shot 6 times in the chest, he fell backwards and dissolved until nothing remained.
Reports from Scientists show that when SCP-4545-2 was Neutralized, SCP-4545 experienced extremely volatile anger for a week after to the point of needing armed guards to watch her cell.
recordings show that during this period, her cell's electromagnetic ratings spiked significantly higher than her standard low levels.
SCP-4545 Class D interaction Protocols: Tests are to be conducted every tuesday with a singular randomly chosen Class D Personnel, tests are to include the Class D to spend their day with SCP-4545-1 engaging with her in tinkering with radios while preferably asking questions about her actions. Tests are to be checked in on every hour and are not needed to be monitored constantly, Tests are to be ceased during and a week prior to SCP-4545 being due to spawn an anomaly.

"Sylvester" as SCP-4545-1 struggled to reach her, It is believed they have a strong emotional bond with each other, SCP-4545-1 has been dubbed "Sylvester" because of this incident. It seems she gives names to every anomaly that she creates. - more documentation on this in interview section.
SCP-4545-1 Containment Breach: On April 5th 200█ at approximately 12:00 PM SCP-4545-1 escaped his cell and proceeded to escape the facility.
Video feeds recovered show at 11:47 PM Camera feeds in the hallway directly outside of SCP-4545-1's cell start to become increasingly corrupted and distorted, soon after this happens, SCP-4545-1's cell door flies open and SCP-4545-1 is seen to sprint out of his cell, look around and run by the camera turning it off completely. SCP-4545-1 is believed to be the cause of the power outage soon after.
