Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5453 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell at Containment Sector-37 without access to water or any other water based substance. Description: SCP-5453 appears to be a young adult male of Filipino descent with mid-length black hair, a skinny build, a height of 160 cm(5'5"),and weight of 63 kg(138.9 lbs) with deep blue eyes.
