Special Containment Procedures: No physical or digital media are allowed within SCP-6425’s containment chamber at any time. All personnel are to wear Foundation-administered deafening earmuffs. All personnel are to use nose plugs and are to be injected with a numbing agent on their tongue. Two layers of textureless rubber gloves are to be worn by any personnel entering SCP-6425’s containment chamber.

SCP-6425’s containment chamber is a standard humanoid domicile furnished with traditional hispanic furniture and objects. Communication between foundation personnel and SCP-6425 is strictly limited to written word. It is to be provided food and beverages of its own choice, and its usual requests (Hispanic [pictureless] books & literature, puzzles, etc.) every other week, so long as none of these requests include items capable of saving audio, video, or photo recordings.

Description: SCP-6425 is a humanoid superficially resembling an afro-latino male in late adulthood. It is outfitted with a ████ brand beige fedora and suit adorned with a laurel green tie. Although SCP-6425 possesses wireframe glasses, it is unknown if it suffers from Hyperopia. Its primary language is spanish.

SCP-6425 is capable of using auditory, olfactory, gustatory and visual memetic kill agents.

SCP-6425 can alter physical media such as paintings, screens and photos through unknown means. The only way it uses this ability is to display visual memetic kill agents, most notably, the Berryman-Langford memetic kill agent. SCP-6425 itself seems immune to the effects of the kill agent, and can revert the media back to its previous state at will.

The entity is capable of emitting a noise resembling auditory memetic kill agents manufactured and used by the SCP Foundation. These noises include memetic kill-words such as “Cekliption”, “Diffechindic”, “Humplionicaned”, etcetera. Other noises include sounds high above or below the human range of hearing.

Using the pores in its skin, SCP-6425 can emit MTC-4556, a memetic kill agent in the form of an invisible gas. Unlike auditory and visual memetic kill agents, this kill agent will only activate once coming in contact with the taste buds or once inhaled via the nose. MTC-4556 is practically undetectable without the use of heat cameras. MTC-4556 is always slightly below room temperature (One to two celsius degrees). Its chemical makeup consists of nitrogen and several unknown components.

SCP-6425's only known previous domicile, a house in █████████, Spain.

Certain objects with a unique texture can be manipulated by SCP-6425 into a tactile memetic kill agent. objects with smooth and unchanging surfaces cannot be manipulated in this manner for unknown reasons. Once an organism feels the affected area on the object (Rubbing against the object counts as feeling the object; Simply pressing against it does not), they spontaneously expire.

There are several, non-kill agent anomalous properties to SCP-6425 that differ from the average Homosapien:

• SCP-6425 does not need to respirate.

• its organs continue to function even if outside of its body.

• SCP-6425 does not require sustinance in the form of food or drink. Despite this, it often requests to have food and beverages and has been observed eating and drinking.

• SCP-6425 does not expell waist products.

• SCP-6425 does not need to blink.

• SCP-6425 does not have blood.

• SCP-6425's wounds do not heal substantially slower than other non-anomalous Homosapiens.²

• Despite its wounds not healing, SCP-6425 does not respond to physical trauma.

• SCP-6425 claims to not feel pain.

SCP-6425 was initially discovered in █████████, Spain after a spike in deaths occured, approximately double the average (1800 deaths a day). After a large group of the Cuerpo Nacional de Policía was sent to the center of the spike (█████████), SCP-6425 exited its house and emitted several auditory memetic kill agents. ██% of the group had expired before embedded agent ████ García notified the foundation. ███ more deaths occured before SCP-6425 was successfully contained and brought to Site-06-3.

6425-OBJ-3A and 6425-OBJ-3B.

6425-OBJ-1: 6425-OBJ-1 appears to be Agent C███'s uniform. Agent C███ was lost in █████████, Spain after being dispatched to recontain several escaped individuals affected by SCP-3512. Agent C███ herself was never found. The uniform appears to have been lacerated in several locations and covered in dried blood. DNA unrecoverable from dried blood for unknown reasons. 6425 claims to not have any knowledge of this.

6425-OBJ-2: 6425-OBJ-2 is a pocket watch constructed out of silver and brass. Aside from displaying military time, 6425-OBJ-2 does not display other notable attributes. 6425 has requested that it is given 6425-OBJ-2, claiming it is "Important to it".

6425-OBJ-3A/6425-OBJ-3B: 6425-OBJ-3A and 6425-OBJ-3B appear to be king-sized candy bars of a previously-unknown brand. both candy bar wrappers are a different shade of Pantone Blue and display the words "█████████" in a bold, jagged font. No such candy bar brand exists.³ They appear to be caramel and peanut-butter with sea-salt. 6425-OBJ-3B is partially open. 6425 claims to not have any knowledge of this.

6425-OBJ-4: 6425-OBJ-4 appears to be the corpse of Agent C███. Despite the lacerations on 6425-OBJ-1, 6425-OBJ-4 appears to have died from cardiac arrest consistent with memetic kill agent-related deaths. When asked, SCP-6425 emitted several auditory memetic kill agents, MTC-4556, and killed ██ foundation agents before the situation was handled.
