Special Containment Procedures:
Maintain Dough, the specimen, in concrete walls and metal door. The exact physical specifications do not matter because Dough can breach containment regardless of material due immense physical strength. Feeding of starch or sugar as well as recreational activities such as TV, computers, or books is highly crucial or else subject will attempt breach. If a breach occurs, peaceful interaction via taming is highly recommended because containment via combat is highly difficult or impossible. If unable to recontain, do not engage Dough; wait for it to turn docile before recontaining.
Description:
Dough is forever growing regular bread dough. Its exact physical and mental properties remain a mystery. However, it is incredibly durable and strong, and it has never been physically contained through force up to this date. Dough can be one of three forms that indicate its mood: blob for docile, humanoid for enraged, and more rarely, flat for depressed. Normally, it is slow, but it can increase speed in if it is excited in blob form or extremely enraged in humanoid form. Dough was first discovered in World War 2 France, and it was contained in ██████████, but is believed to have been created sometime before 58 BC/BCE in Gaul. It is capable of speaking fluent Gaulish, Old English, Old Nordic, and modern English but in single or double words at a time. It understands any language through reading or speaking. It can learn any tasks humans do, but it takes multiple months, years, or even decades to be proficient.
Addendum-####-A, Safety Warning:
A light brown, hulky humanoid entity has been spotted in ██████████, France prior to the Battle of ██████████ on ██████████, ██ 194█. It has decimated an entire company of infantry. EXERCISE CAUTION UPON CAPTURING.
Addendum-####-B, Initial Finding:
After the invasion of Normandy, Company ██████████ and Company ██████████ proceeded to advance upon the German captured town of ██████████. After reaching the outskirts of the town, all of the enemy combatants were already dead, both intact and missing limbs or heads. No prior battles nor skirmishes had occurred between the Allies and Axis. The infantry searched every street and building until they encountered a giant light brown blob. It had been found just moving away from an enemy combatant. The combatant was intact but dead, and the blob was dormant. It looked like a large dough of bread. Private ██████████ poked the blob with the bayonet of his rifle, causing the blob to groan yet returned to dormancy. Captain ██████████ reprimanded the private and ordered a platoon of infantry with SMGs to watch the blob. He requested backup from HQ, who contacted SCP MTF agents, and ordered his men to secure the town.
Several minutes afterwards, a loud explosion was heard. Two Nazi tank platoons had engaged the company, and one blast hit the blob, causing no damage and enraged the blob. The guards of the blob were ordered to retreat. By this point, a couple of anti-tanks and entrenched machine gunners had been formed in key positions to defend the town and counter fired against the tanks and blob. The blob grew 12.19 meters (40 ft.) tall and changed into a hulky, humanoid form. It slowly marched, specifically swaggered, towards the tanks.
Sergeant ██████████: “Captain ██████████, do we fire upon the Germans or that monster?”
Captain ██████████: “Well, if that thing can kill all these men, then we must join sides with the Germans.”
Gun fire, anti-tank, and tank shells all fired at the entity. Nothing seemed to cause any damage, but loud roars could be heard after every hit. The first tank was smashed with two “fists”, and then the entity threw it to another at high velocity. “Rückzug!” shouted the German commander, motioning retreat. However, the commander’s Tiger tank had its tracks malfunctioned. The crew evacuated, and then the entity rushed and swallowed the tank, ignoring the crew. The entity became the tank and turned around, charging towards the Allies even with broken tracks.
Somehow, the entity used the tank’s turrets to fire upon Allies with extreme accuracy, never missing a shot. A couple of anti-tanks returned fire simultaneously, causing an explosion in the entity as if the tank were destroyed. The entity was motionless for a few seconds and then continued fully operational. The battle lasted a few hours until the entity stopped being fired upon. Finally, the entity left the town, moving to a nearby forest.
Upon arrival of reinforcements, all of Company ██████████ and Company ██████████ were killed except ██ amount of survivors hiding in separate buildings. This story has been written based on the interviews told by the handful of survivors from the Allies’ point of view. MTF Agent ██████████ on the Wehrmacht side confirmed details and elaborated on the story. All soldiers were then given amnestics as per protocol.
Addendum-####-C, Containment and Initial Examination:
██████████, ███ ██████ by Senior Researcher Eberhardt
With the help of MTF Agent ██████████, SCP #XXXX was captured with surprisingly no resistance. The light brown entity, nicknamed “Dough” by the head scientist, is infinitely growing dough and yeast. It tends to prefer the shape of a blob in its passive state, and it prefers a hulky, humanoid-like state in its aggressive state.
Dough is also fully cooperative during examination. After extensive physical testing, it appears to have all five senses: sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch. Upon examining a sample of dough through the microscope, the contents are exactly a regular piece of bread dough with yeast. How exactly it accomplishes regular human functions is unknown. Dough does not have specific body parts nor organs. All parts of the dough seem to adapt interchangeably between living functions as needed. It does not require sleep, but it will become extremely agitated if provoked or unfed. It can be fed sugar or starches like regular yeast. Despite being very competent in combat, it does not eat any form of meat.
An interview was conducted to attempt to communicate with it, but its communication is limited to brief gibberish as if shouting one word at a time. After mental examination, its intelligence is currently unknown. Continued examinations will be conducted although it is among on the lowest priority.

Extreme caution is recommended when using female staff members to contain specimen. However, it appears females, particularly scientists, may be used as a method of containment.
Addendum-####-E, Examination ███:
██████████, ███ ██████ by Assistant Researcher Tali
Upon interviewing Dough with multiple linguists, it appears Dough is capable of speaking Old English, Gaulish, and Old Nordic. It seems fully capable of understanding and reading any language, but it can only speak single words at a time of the languages it knows. Despite this, no further discoveries could be made. Recontainment was difficult; it would not be recontained until it took possession of my coat and glasses.
