Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-5258 it can not be contained, If there are any sightings of SCP-5258 authorities must be contacted imminently and the the person who has viewed it must be placed under protection.
Description: SCP-5258 is a black banner with a red skull on it the banner measures 2 meters tall and 1 meter wide this banner can appear and disappear in a new location every 7 days. Upon first viewing SCP-5258 the viewer will experience a sense of fear and the banner will disappear.
After the banner disappears the viewer will have 10 days before SCP-5258-A appears SCP-5258-A is a tall skinny pitch black humanoid creature with long sharp claws on each hand and no facial features except for a large mouth with sharp teeth,SCP-5258-A will slowly appear after viewing SCP-5258
Day 1-5- The viewer of SCP-5258 will experience Stress,fear and anxiety
Day 6-8- The viewer will start having nightmares and hallucinating SCP-5258-A
Day 9- The viewer will see SCP-5258-A in reflections and will have extreme paranoia
Day 10- On day 10 SCP-5258-A will manifest and kill the viewer of SCP-5258, SCP-5258-A will then disappear with the body of the viewer and any friends or relatives will forget about the viewer forever.

Several instances of SCP-5258 have been recorded.
On [REDACTED] a child age 5 had been complaining of nightmares about SCP-5258-A after viewing the banner at a public park, drawings of SCP-5258-A have been recovered from the child before the child went missing the parents say the do not have a child when questioned about the incident.
