Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5179 should be contained in a wooden box that should be locked shut if needed be. The box should be placed on a table in the middle of a 3m x 3m x 3m room that requires level 3 access to open. In the event of a containment breach, any authorized personnel should take SCP-5179, while in its box, and give it to the nearest MTF commander for re-containment. No one is to open the box without proper permission from their superiors.
Description: SCP-5179-1 is a standard notebook with a black leather cover. The words "Death Note" are printed on the cover of the notebook and the first page explains how SCP-5179-1 works. The function of SCP-5179-1 is quite easy. If you write an individual's name into SCP-5179-1 and write a way that they can be terminated, they will be terminated in the way the writer specifies. If someone touches SCP-5179-1, they will be able to see an entity that can usually fly and is extremely intelligent. This entity is labeled as SCP-5179-2. Only the person who touched SCP-5179-1 can see SCP-5179-2. SCP-5179-2 is described to be a humanoid figure, presumably male, who is roughly 5 foot 10 inches in height and has wings. He has hair that is styled in spikes and his eyes are yellow. He has a wide smile with sharp teeth. He is described to be smiling all of the time, and his voice is very raspy and no one can hear it except for the people who touch SCP-5179-1.
Addendum: Addendum: The user of SCP-5179-1 can make an agreement with SCP-5179-2. The agreement is if the user gives SCP-5179-2 [DATA EXPUNGED] to SCP-5179-2, then the user will receive [DATA EXPUNGED], which gives the user the ability to [DATA EXPUNGED].
