Special Containment Procedures: Worldwide prison populations are to be monitored for manifestations of SCP-3XXX-1, with increased priority on death row or life sentenced prisoners. The nearest MTF Iota-10 ("Damn Feds") members embedded in the area in which a SCP-3XXX-1 is operating are ordered to attempt capture of SCP-3XXX-1, or failing that, recapture escaped SCP-3XXX-2 instances. Class A or B amnestics, or termination, may be administered to SCP-3XXX-2 instances depending upon the extent of their memories concerning SCP-3XXX-1, upon which they may be interned again at the same facility they escaped from.

Special Containment Procedures: Worldwide prison populations, including but not limited to Foundation Sites, are to be monitored for manifestations of SCP-3XXX-1, with increased priority on death row or life sentenced prisoners. The nearest MTF Iota-10 ("Damn Feds") or MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") members embedded in the area in which a SCP-3XXX-1 is operating are ordered to attempt capture of SCP-3XXX-1, or failing that, recapture escaped SCP-3XXX-2 instances. Class A or B amnestics, or termination, may be administered to SCP-3XXX-2 instances depending upon the extent of their memories concerning SCP-3XXX-1. Assuming the SCP-3XXX-2 instance is amnesticized, it may be incarcerated at a different prison than the one it escaped from.

Description: SCP-3XXX was a memetic phenomenon occuring primarily in death row and lifelong incarcerated prisoners, causing infected to gather other prisoners and attempt escape from their internment. SCP-3XXX's primary effect would only target one individual at a time (hereafter designated as SCP-3XXX-1) via an unknown means of transmission following approximately 7 months after the termination of the previous SCP-3XXX-1.
