Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4462 is contained in a cell similar to one of a Class-D. Transporting SCP-4462 will require putting them in handcuffs, and to avoid any contact with skin.

Description: SCP-4462 is a human-like figure, wearing a dark red cloak with a hood over their head, blue jeans, and black work boots. No one has seen SCP-4462's face, as a very dark shadow is covering it, either by the hood or other means. SCP-4462 has been given orange gloves, with the right glove only having the index finger part cut out.

SCP-4462 is able to seemingly tame, or pacify anything it touches, no matter how aggressive they originally were. It is theorized that SCP-4462 is using some sort of mind control or something similar, and is not to be considered Safe due to the possibility that SCP-4462 can control personnel and attempt a breach. Other SCPs have been able to be controlled using SCP-4462 as well.

Addendum: SCP-4462 refuses to try to control any SCP that shows superiority over it on first glance.
