Foreword: [after some claims to the local police of a woman disappearing misterously in ██████, Michigan an agent of the Foundation reported this to and the actions to find the anomaly begun immedialty.]

Dr. Robert: Hello, I am the Dr. Robert. What's your name?
Subject: What is this place? And why I am in here? Let me go please
Dr. Robert: Answer my questions and you will be out of here soon, i promise.
Dr. Robert: Tell me your name.
Subject: Ok… My name is Ashley ██████
Dr. Robert: Tell me. What did you saw this morning?.
Subject: What, the girl?.
Dr. Robert: Yes, tell me about it.
Subject: Well, i was going to pick up my son and i noticed a girl running by the side of my car. At the moment i didn't think anything special about her, just that she was really fast but before i could even realize she started to run to my left.
Dr. Robert: Do you have any idea where it went?.
Subject: I think that it was a shortcut, she crossed a field that is behind the school.
Dr. Robert: Please continue.
Subject: She ran through the field and then i lost her, i just kept thinking why she was running. Then i arrived at school and saw that a bunch of people where gathered arround something.
Dr. Robert What kind of people?.
Subject: Just students and their parents. They were all staring at the center, at the moment i tought that there was a fight or something but as i got closer i saw the same girl but doing some kind of weird dance or had some kind of problem but then she just disappeared.
Dr. Robert: Please describe the disappereance.
Subject: She just… Kept doing the weird movements until she disappeared.
Dr. Robert: Please be more specific.
Subject: I don't know… She was doing the movements a little slower towards the end and all of a sudden she just wasn't there anymore.
Subject: That's all that happened. Can i leave now?.
Dr. Robert: Just a few more questions and you can leave.
Dr. Robert: Please describe the girl.
Subject: Well… She was a white girl, with blonde Short hair, blue eyes and several scars. Not tall… About 5'5 [1.65 meters] and in her late twenties.
Dr. Robert: The scars. Do you remeber them?.
Subject: No, i just remeber that she had several across her back.
Dr. Robert: Thanks for your cooperation, we have conculded the Interview. Now an agent of the foundation will lead you to the exit.

Conclussion: The subject described a particular case of disappearance related to some kind of coreography, further investigation will be made to determine if the scars were a memetic hazard and a mobile task force is to be deployed immediatly to add low grade amnestics to the local water source as well as to cover up saying that a gas leak may have caused hallucinations due to the low oxygen level.
