Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4749 must be on a 18x18 in. pedestal at all times unless authorized to do otherwise. Every week, one D-Class Personnel must enter the cell of SCP-4749 and make direct eye-contact with SCP-4749. If any personnel that followed this procedure have a Coronary Thrombosis, immediately place a soft cushion under SCP-4749.
Under no circumstances may any subjects living-organisms (including SCP's) make physical-contact with SCP-4749, unless authorized by Dr.██████. All living-organisms who make physical-contact with SCP-4749 must be immediately terminated. Every subject that makes eye-contact with SCP-4749 must be retrieved by two (2) D-Class Personnel wearing goggles/glasses or by robotic methods and taken to the pen of http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-999 immediately.
SCP-4749 is located in Site-██. SCP-4749 must have a cell with one (1) camera and one (1) doorway. There must be no way to look into the cell of SCP-4749 except for the camera and the doorway. All Non-Subjects/Personnel in the cell of SCP-4749 must be wearing goggles/glasses.
