Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-████ is to be held in a basically furnished containment cell with access to Wifi and a laptop to communicate online with high security and censorship measures to avoid any potential data leaks. Due to SCP-████'s relatively normal human behaviour, it can most of the time be persuaded to follow foundation rules and protocols. In case of not cooperating, guards are allowed to use an instance of SCP-██6█ to sedate it. If SCP-████ ordered new electronic instruments from staff member, the order is to be put into consideration and to be decided whether or not it should be fulfilled.
When it’s time for one of SCP-████’s concertes, SCP-████ is to be escorted to the location of the concerte with the mobile task force T-8122 “the bodyguards” disguised appropriately for the accustion.
At all times, staff members must treat SCP-████ as it is in the foundation to be “cured” from its condition and staff working with SCP-████ must create a consistent description about the foundation describing how the foundation is a secret organization created to study and heal supernatural illnesses and diseases to try to keep it contained inside the foundation.

We manage to convince the parents of SCP-████ that there son will be looked after by the foundation and we will try our hardest to “cure” him, however, i made it clear that if they want their son “cured” they have to not say anything about the foundation. And no, i’m not stupid. They seemed desperate enough to agree. Some say “why you didn’t issue a class of amnastics on them?”, for which i say SCP-████ had an entire family across japan how knew it very well. It would just take more time and will end up being a wild goose chase. If they want to see him, then i will take care of that. And don’t worry, they won’t take a step in the foundation’s perimeters…i promise.

description:
SCP-████ is what seems to be a male human robot with striking human features except that every part of its body is made out of materials used to create electronics. For example, its skin is made out of highly flexible green silicon, its nerves are made out silver wiring, its blood is functionally the same as human blood but has a black texture…etc.
Although it doesn’t have a face, SCP-████ can convey emotions using what seems to be an LED screen on his face to display emoticons, see, smell and hear (the way it does those actions is currently unknown, however, it seems that it can talk via a synthesizer add-on on it throat area). However, it seems like it doesn’t need any form of sustenance to stay alive operational.
After several interviews and tests with SCP-████, it seems that it can connect itself to other devices (and potentially other SCPs) by connecting the device’s power plug to one of its multipurpose sockets located on its forearms, cleves or the back of its head and operate said devices as a part of its body almost flawlessly. According to SCP-████, it doesn’t seem to be sure about how it works but it always describes the first contact as a “boon of emptiness” or “being inside a borderless room” for high capacity devices.

Before containment, SCP-████ used to be 17 year-old Niko ████ how lives with the ████ family in ███████, japan. SCP-████ used to live a very isolated lifestyle limiting itself to family members, japanese animation and anonymous online interactions (mainly creating and releasing music) under the pseudonym “D.J Tech.on”. (for more information, see interview ████-2.)

addendum:
SCP-████ came to the foundation’s attention after some news about a concert being held by a D.J called “D.J tech. on” how amazed the viewers with his realistic body paint and looks which meant to be themed after a robot.
It was first noticed by ███████, who works as a guard and a fan of SCP-████’s work online. ███████ reported that SCP-████ never revealed its face before and it “looked to real to be fake.”.
After some investigations done by agent “kappa”, it was confirmed that SCP-████ possesses anomalous properties and the measures to contain SCP-████ was put into action the day after. However, agent “kappa” suggested that the foundation should approach the situation more carefully and send a negotiator instead to try to convince SCP-████’s parents. The containment was successful and SCP-████ was sent to site-██ for interrogation.

SCP-████: “w-what?”

researcher █████: “oh, sorry, this is your new name now, everyone will call you by this name for now on.”
SCP-████: “why?, why not niko?, you know my name is niko, so…”

researcher █████: “it would be easier that way, plus, we already have dr. niko on site how is russian, so, i hope you understand.”
SCP-████: “that’s cool and all but can you tell me where am i?”
researcher █████: “i’m afraid that’s not my job, but don’t worry, someone will take care of that.”
SCP-████: “okay, but…[SCP-████ points at the control room] i don’t like the attention.”
researcher █████: “ignore them and please focus on me”
SCP-████: “fine…why am i here though?”
researcher █████: “i’m going to ask you some questions just to give you a proper classification”
SCP-████: “okay…[SCP-████ becomes notably nervous]”
researcher █████: “first, could you tell me how are you able to speak english…or speak at all?”
SCP-████: “well…what could i say?, i learnt it online. Love it or hate it, we can’t deny that the internet is a powerful tool.”
researcher █████: “please continue.”
SCP-████: “as for how am i able to speak, [points at a device on his throat] i’m using this synthesizer add-on to vocalize. Without it, i can’t talk but still can use my emoticons with some basic “beep” sounds. Oh, if you are wondering about my face, it has been like this since birth, meaning yes, it’s stuck here.”
researcher █████: “that…is very fascinating. Tell me, have you been always like…this?”
SCP-████: “[SCP-████ becomes notably more comfortable]yes, everything… i guess except that i went through normal growth stages and the synth add-on…i added that.”
researcher █████: “what you can tell us about your ability?”
SCP-████: “uhh…i’m not sure. I just discovered it five years ago on accident and all i know is just connect the power plug and it just…happens, i don’t really know how it works. Plus, i really only used it to create music by connecting myself to my MIDI keyboard…after the right adjustments, of course. I’m sorry if i sound too nerdy”
researcher █████: “it’s fine.”
SCP-████: “it’s also worth mentioning that it feels…oddly good. For example, when i connect myself to my keyboard i get that sense of relief for a second. and when i connect myself to my computer, i feel being inside a borderless room. I’m not sure why they feel different though.”
researcher █████: “interesting…i guess that will be it for now.”
SCP-████: “that is it?”
researcher █████: “yes, the guards will escort you to your cell shortly.”
SCP-████: “wait, will i be able to see my family again?”

Closing Statement by researcher █████: “i have to admit, i kind of like his personality, you can get him going by talk about something he likes. But most importantly, it seemed like he was nervous at first but after we talked for awhile, he crushed my expectations. Instead of being more and more nervous, he became the exact opposite and started to talk openly. It’s like he wanted to talk for so long but just couldn’t and i understand why…poor kid. however, it's safe to say that we need to know more.”

Subject: SCP-████
Procedure: SCP-████ is instructed to connect itself to several electronic devices.
device 1: One (1) 4K tv screen.
Results: SCP-████ was startled to see his body from the tv screen (despite the tv not having light receptors). SCP-████ describes a sensation of emptiness and reports that it still can move its body .
device 2: One (1) sam████ smart phone with a USB cable. SCP-████ is ordered to try to unlock the phone’s password and not to look to deep inside it.
Results: SCP-████ unlocks the phone’s password with ease. SCP-████ goes silent for fifteen (15) seconds only to appear on Dr. ████’s phone in the observation room. SCP-████ is ordered to return to its body. SCP-████ apologizes and complies.
(Note by Dr. ████:) “It seems that SCP-████ learnt that it can transfer its consciousness to other devices via a network, we did as will. which begs the question. is thing alive or it’s just a robot? We will try to look into that. But most importantly, we need to be more careful after what happened in this test.”
device 3: One (1) unpowered AS██ PC equipped with 2 terabytes hardware.
Results: SCP-████ was notably nervous and showed sign of being [data expunged]. SCP-████ transferred its consciousness again to the device and was unresponsive for fifteen (15) minutes. After the time have passed, SCP-████ returned to its body and reported “i never felt so good before.” and that the inside of the pc was very spacious and seemed endless. SCP-████ also reported a beautiful voice (probably cortana) and a serval informations and other typical files. SCP-████ asks staff for some adjustments to be done to his cell and Dr. ████ assures SCP-████ that his order will be put into considerations.
analysis: It is now documented that SCP-████ doesn’t only assume full control over devices by connecting itself to them but is also able to explore electronic devices by transferring it’s consciousness to said devices. it is determined that the size of the capacity in a device determines how big the “room” SCP-████ sees. And it can also transfer itself between devices if any form of network is established between said devices.

The following is an audio log of test-████-1 for more clarifications.

Dr. ████: “Okay, SCP-████, today we will look at what you can do to try to understand your…gift better so we can see what we can do.”
SCP-████: “a gift?..*tch* i disagree but sure.”
Dr. ████: “First, can you please “connect” yourself to this tv?”
SCP-████: “I never done these before but…let me try.”
SCP-████ connects itself to the tv. The screen shows minor distortion.

SCP-████: “何？(what?)…umm, doc?”
Dr. ████: “what is it, SCP-████?, describe your situation.”
SCP-████: “it’s…weird. It’s like i have put my head on the table but…i can bury see anything.”
Dr. ████: “can still feel your body?”
SCP-████: “[moves its arms and legs] yes…that is so weird.”
Dr. ████: “hmm, alright, feel free to disconnect.”
SCP-████: “right away.”
SCP-████ disconnects and turns back to normal.
SCP-████: “damn, i feel quite dizzy…what is next?”
Dr. ████: “there is a phone on table number two, try to connect yourself to it and try to unlock the password.”
SCP-████: “a phone?, huh?…i have to admit that is quite fun.”
Dr. ████: “uh sure, please proceed.”
SCP-████ becomes unresponsive.
Dr. ████: “SCP-████…SCP-████, come in. damn, is-”
SCP-████: “oi, doc, here….”
SCP-████ appears on Dr. ████’s phone as a voice and an overly enlarged emoticon.
Dr. ████; “jesus…how are you able to do that?, return to your body right now and explain yourself.”
SCP-████: “okay, okay…i’m sorry.”
SCP-████ returns to its body.
SCP-████: “i’m back.”
Dr. ████: “alright,can you tell me how are you able to do that?”
SCP-████: “it’s simpler than i thought. I just connected myself to a nearby wifi and sent myself to your phone.”
Dr. ████: “*ahem*…okay. [to assistant] did you write that?, okay, it’s really important. Alright, SCP-████. Our final test for today is on table number three.”
SCP-████: “oh…a-are you sure?”
Dr. ████: “what’s wrong, SCP-████?”
SCP-████: “n-nothing, it’s just…beautiful.”
Dr. ████: “ [faint chuckles from staff members in the background] alright, connect yourself to it.”
SCP-████: “okay…[to the case] i’m sorry, if you were alive, you won’t like it.”
SCP-████ connects itself to the case and stays unresponsive for fifteen (15) minutes.
Dr. ████: “SCP-████?, are you back?”
SCP-████ shows signs of exhaustion.
SCP-████: “that…was awesome.”
Dr. ████: “can you elaborate?”
SCP-████: “it’s…hard to explain but…i could say that i felt a boon of emptiness with an overwhelming sensation of relife. It was like a paradise…like i can do anything. And that voice…oh that sexy voice…uhh.”
Dr. ████: “[mutters] jesus fucking christ…please, calm down and be more pacific, SCP-████.”
SCP-████: “uh, right, sorry…when i connected myself to the case i saw myself inside that room. Oddly, it felt wider than mine back home. There was also all of these files that i can feel along with the voice i just mentioned. I think it’s name was…coltana?”
Dr. ████: “it is cortana, an assistant A.I program….*sigh*well, that was trip. Please stand by until we compile the information we gathered.”
SCP-████: “doc, can i request something from the higher ups in here?…what do you call them?, the O5s?”
Dr. ████: “what the-, how did you know that?”
SCP-████: “i just caught a glimpse of it while i am in the wifi network, is it something i should of not known?…i also learnt that [TOP SECRET DATA EXPUNGED].”
Dr. ████: “stop…just, what do you want and i will make sure to put it into consideration?”
SCP-████: “i just wanted a full set of instruments and…oh, and a laptop…and internet just to, you know, interact with my fans and keep on releasing contant.”
Dr. ████: “do you think it’s a fuc-….we will see about that.”
SCP-████: “thanks a bunch.”
Dr. ████: “[to guards] take him away.”
Dr. ████: “*sigh* how did this fucker managed to get through all of these security layers?”

(Notes by Dr. ████:) “well, it looks like we have to keep going with our little fairy tale about the foundation and even build upon it, not only that, but we need to satisfy him…it, whatever this thing is. this….thing has the power to expose us all and as you might of guessed, we don’t want to anger such power. apparently, it seems no matter how sturdy our security is, it will get through it like paper thanks to his “mastery over electronics”. I know that the O5s might hate me for this but damn it if i took responsibility over this giant piece of walking green silicon, then i will take it all the way. Fuck, if it takes being the god fucking father if this thing, I will be it. Not because i’m a man of my word and all of this bullshit, but because for the good of the foundation and the fact that it needs an eye on it. And now when i think about it, IT might be useful for us in the future and how knows, we might find a solution for his problem after all. All we need to do is just keep on the act and hope for the best. He seems oblivious enough already so it shouldn’t be too hard for it to follow what we tell it.

SCP-████: “hello, █████. Man, i really need to get used to that name.”

Researcher █████: “SCP-████. according to staff, you are not…feeling too great. Are you okay?”

SCP-████: “i just…don’t know anymore, doc. Eversince i got here, it just doesn’t feel right.”
Researcher █████: “what do you mean?, please explain.”

SCP-████: “when i was back home, at least i was around people how support me…even my fans on the internet, they felt close to me. But now, it feels fake because…i had to lie about my current situation to my fans, before, i was very honest and open but now…it just feels i’m like everyone else.”
Researcher █████: “what do you mean by “everyone else”?”
SCP-████: “i mean like everyone else back home. You know how these singers appear cute, happy-go-lucky and carefree? They are not like that. In reality, they are manipulated by their fans…they are happy because “they” want that and not them. They just live a life of pain and agony. And i don’t want that. And that is the reason why my fans came to me…they are sick of all of these “fakes”.”
Researcher █████: “so, what are you saying-”
SCP-████: “please, let me continue…so i don’t have to talk about it again.”
Researcher █████: “go on.”
SCP-████ started showing signs of soping.
SCP-████: “now look at me, here i am betraying my fans. Becoming the very thing i swore to despise. Yet…i have to endure it. Because i’m sure that all of you are working on my condition and that is the least thing i could do in return.”
Researcher █████: “well…thank you but…why you didn’t just retire? Or just stopped producing music altogether? The foundation could definitely help you with that.”
SCP-████: “you…just don’t understand. I couldn’t just leave my fans or music like that. I started creating music five years ago…i just couldn’t. Plus, always dreamed of the day were i could finally show my real face to my fans and says “hey, that is me…not the greatest, don’t you think, guys?”. At first, it was a dream, but now, it might become a reality.”
Researcher █████: “umm…is there anything we could do for now?”
SCP-████: “not really, i started talking to my family online recently and i have to say i feel better. Don’t worry about me, just focus on your work.”
Researcher █████: “well, that is good to hear.”
SCP-████: “thanks. I appreciate it.”
Researcher █████: “in your previous rant, it seems like you are very attached to the internet. Why?”
SCP-████: “why?, come on, doc. Your smarter than this. You should of figured it out by now.”
Researcher █████: “i’m not a do- *sigh* nevermind… is it because you were lonely?”
SCP-████: “obviously, plus, i didn’t dedicated myself to the internet only. I also liked watching animation and talking with my family members. But the internet is where i spend most of my time. The fact that you could talk to anyone without letting them know how you are was the perfect thing for me, it made me more open and make a lot of friends. It was also the place which inspired me to start making music.”
Researcher █████: “i see, so, basically you are considered what you call an “otaku” in japanese culture?”
SCP-████: “not really, an otaku is someone who just finished high school and have no attention to go to university for various reasons and decides to find a hobby to fill the gap…definitions may vary. I guess i am a semi-otaku. Plus, it is not my fault in a way.”
Researcher █████: “of course, pardon me. Did you have any friends outside the internet?”
SCP-████: “i have one, ████████, which helped me with the costume i wore during the concert and helped me to convince my parents to try the idea. She is crazy talented and has a lot of influence on my life. She choose my name online (D.J tech. on)and one of many people to to tell me about trying music as a hobby. As for how i meet her…long story. And about the concert, i was really bored and really wanted to do something for my fans to show them my appreciation and…here we are, i guess.”
Researcher █████: “huh…the more you know. One final question, SCP-████.”
SCP-████: “i’m listening.”
Researcher █████: “do you consider yourself to be a human or a robot?”
SCP-████: “well, it’s about time you asked that question. I will be honest with you, i’m not sure and drives me crazy. I mean, i was born to two normal humans, i have human DNA (according to you guys), i have organs…silicon sure but still organs…everything is there but why my body functions like a machine? What caused me to look like this in the first place? A virus? Aliens?…i’m not sure. But i will always consider myself to be human. there are just too much evidence, don’t you agree?”
Researcher █████: “i will be honest, we still don’t know. But because you said you are human, then we will but it into consideration.”
SCP-████: “thanks…”
Researcher █████: “we are done, you are free to go.”
SCP-████: “alright…oh, how is it going with my cure?”
Researcher █████: “oh, about that…we are still trying to figure things out. It will take a very long time to develop. We will inform you when it’s done.”

Closing Statement: even though there are evidence that SCP-████ is a human subject, Dr. ████ still suggests the possibility of it being a highly intelligent and adaptive A.I that thinks it’s a human created by someone or something. Although possible, it is not the most common opinion between staff due to SCP-████’s extremely human emotions, however, since Dr. ████ is in the lead of the research effort it is finally agreed upon that SCP-████ is a “biological robot”.
