Special Containment Procedures: SPC-XXXX is held in Site 13.
SPC-XXXX is kept in a 1x1x1 meter glass cube with a hatch on the top used to take XXXX out and to put food in. One wall is a screen which plays sci-fi movies for 1-6 hours per day, depending on behavior. It is made sure that at all times at least one guard watches XXXX, in case of a containment breach. If SPC-XXXX tries to speak with anyone, contact Dr. ████ for additional procedures. No personnel are permitted to speak with SPC-XXXX unless given permission by a Class 3 individual. SPC-XXXX is not to be taken out of its containment unit unless given permission by 3 or more Class 3 individuals. When SPC-XXXX is being tested, 1 armed guard must be present at all times.
Description: SPC-XXXX is a leopard gecko which was found in a pet store in [DATA EXPUNGED], New York. It’s anomalic qualities became apparent when it started to behave vaguely human like in its eating habits and general personality. All witnesses were given amnestics. It has the intelligence of a human and claims that it remembers things from a different time in a different dimension where it was an intergalactic god-like being, and it demands to be referred to as “Mordecai: Destroyer of Worlds.” Subject refuses to speak if not referred to as Mordecai. (See Addendum XXXX-A)
SPC-XXXX has been exhibited making tools out of materials left on a table in a test and can solve complex problems that only humans have been observed to solve. (See Experiment XXXX-C) SPC-XXXX has very little physical strength and is not of any danger if it has no tools or weapons, but it has traits commonly possessed by leopard geckos such as, excellent vertical and horizontal mobility, short bursts of high speed, and the ability to see in the dark. If a containment breach were to happen, the building would go into lockdown and guards with thermal cameras are to scan the walls and vents until a heat signature similar to the size of SCP-XXXX. Once SPC-XXXX has been returned to its containment unit, it is not to be spoken to or let out of the containment unit until further notice from Dr. ████.
Addendum XXXX-A:

Researcher ██████: This is Researcher ██████ with SCP-XXXX in Interview Room 2 at Site 13.
SCP-XXXX: My name is not SCP-XXXX. My name is Mordecai: Destroyer of Worlds.
Researcher ██████: My apologies… uh, Mordecai. So, uh… questioning begins now. Can you tell me anything about your previous life?
SCP-XXXX: I was a god among men.
Researcher ██████: Can you be more specific?
SPC-XXXX: I was one of the most powerful beings in the universe. I would enslave planets all the time. If they refused to obey my commands, I would obliterate their planet. Everyone feared my name. Now I am a slave to this corrupt foundation.
Researcher ██████: What exactly makes you feel like a salve here?
SPC-XXXX: Everyday I watch the same movies, I eat the same food, I live in the same tiny box. I have no freedom. I (unintelligible)
Researcher ██████: Can you repeat the last sentence please?
SPC-XXXX: I said that when I perish, I will come back as my true form and destroy this whole foundation!
Researcher ██████: What exactly is your true form, and when will you reincarnate?
SPC-XXXX: My true form is a being so powerful that the human mind is too feeble to understand the magnitude of my abilities. I may come back in my next life. Or the one after that. Or maybe over 100 lives later, I will return. And I will bring chaos like nothing has ever seen before.
Researcher ██████: Do you hate all life, just humans, or just members of the foundation?
SPC-XXXX: Not all life. In a previous life, I myself, was a human. I know of the good that they can do and the things they experience. But you… you are not human. You are a monster.
Researcher ██████: So I take it that this is not your 2nd life and that you have lived many before. How many lives have you lived?
SPC-XXXX: I’ve lived too many to count. I will be answering no more questions at this time.
Researcher ██████: Very well. Thank you for your compliance.

Researcher’s Notes: I believe that SCP-XXXX is not an anomaly itself, but rather, its spirit/soul is the anomaly. Its spirit/soul can remember things from previous lives, and can even remember things from lives across dimensions. If what he says stands true, then we should be very worried about the upcoming return of Mordecai.
Experiment XXXX-C: SCP-XXXX is placed in Test Chamber 7 with D-01849. In the room with them includes an office chair, a computer with no monitor, keyboard, mouse, or access to the internet, and a dirt bike with no gas. SCP-XXXX was told to make a weapon out of the objects given.
24 minutes later: SCP-XXXX has made a bipedal mech suit for itself which looks like those commonly found in works of science fiction. The mech is 1 meter tall and it is armed with .25 meter long blades on each arm, a mechanism which fires around 75 pieces of scrap metal no longer than a centimeter each out of the mechs chest area. The metal can reach speeds of up to 65 km/h. SCP-XXXX was instructed to try and eliminate D-01849.
D-01849 is a 45 year old Asian male who has become effectively brain dead because of testing with SCP-378. Subject has a microchip placed in his brain and heart to measure vital signs. SPC-XXXX was 2 meters away when it was instructed to eliminate D-01849. It took SCP-XXXX 43.61 seconds to eliminate D-01849. This amount of intelligence has never been observed in an animal before, including human, and excluding other SCPs such as SCP-682.
