Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-99999's nature,containment for SCP-99999 is impossible. All survivors of the event are to be stationed in Site-90. Survivors with knowledge to the event are to be interviewed.
An Emergency Alert System will advice all to evacuate to the nearest shelter immediately an hour before the SCP-99999 event. All are to be advised to wear fully cover their bodies with heavily-protected clothing;preferably more than 10 layers of clothing.
All transportation except ground, are unavailable. Mobile Task Force Sigma-14("Evacuate Now")are to bring all citizens to Site-90 as soon as possible.
After arrival to Site-90, survivors are rewarded with a full meal(mostly SCP-458) and a drink disposed by SCP-294.
During the SCP-9999 event, Site-90 is temporally closed and all entrances and exits are locked.
Description: SCP-99999 is the aftermath of the Earth's atmosphere disappearing, resulting in many casualties within the first ten hours. During the SCP-99999 event, the air temperature will drop to a freezing -270.45 degrees Celsius. SCP-99999 is capable of causing an K-Class-Freeze-The-World-Scenario.
Within the first ten hours, the temperature will drop to -10 degrees Celsius. Floras are unable to produce photosynthesis. All plants and trees wither away, and then the remaining freezes.
Within twenty-four hours, the temperature will drop to -80.6 degrees Celsius. All living life exposed to SCP-99999 will start to crystallize. After crystallization, the victim will slowly creates the instances of SCP-99999-2.
SCP-99999-2 is the aftermath after exposed to SCP-99999. Subject is a crystallized being, height depends on the exposed victim's height, weight also. SCP-99999-2's recorded movement pace is approximately 67 km/h. SCP-99999-2 is extremely hostile. Living organisms that SCP-99999-2 made physical contact with slowly crystallize or transform into SCP-99999-2.
Within a week, the temperature will drop to -270.45 degrees Celsius. The Earth will completely crystallize into ice. All living organisms crystallize and die.
