Special Containment Procedures: The SCP requires a big room with Raised platforms to roam about and to not get mad or aggressive, when last tried to be placed into a small empty room the SCP became very aggressive and tried to rip apart walling resulting in getting it tranquillised and moved, when placed into a bigger room that was empty the same results, When placed into a room with more activity's (Pillars at different heights) the SCP became calmer and seemed to enjoy jumping about. The SCP also seems to like a hunt which resulted in feeding it through live birds otherwise it would chase the feeder around the room until it got them and would try to eat them. It also needs to have a Cold/Chilly temperature room to survive in, when originally in the heated room it seemed to shed more fur and make more noises. When the room temperature changed the SCP puffed up its fur and began walking on its back legs.
Description: It appears to be somewhat of a bipedal reptile, 2.5 meters in height and about 3.5 meters in length. It appears to have feathers and fur that covers the scales on its body and uses the fur and feathers to show dominance or keep heat. It also has neck and lower back spines instead of fur and bone like spikes inter-tangled in the different parts of the fur and some where the scales should be (Ribs and upper back). Its tail is soft and strong it has been seen using it for sitting on, attacking foes or prey, feeding itself, and patting down dirt to sleep on. It has mouths on the sides of its front arms and they can be used for it to drink, eat and breath through, It also has leather for legs and each finger/toe occupying talons made of keratin; bird-like limbs, {but aren't as scrawny}. It has what appears to be a goat skull on its head, Although we have no idea what it looks like beneath the mask. It has several black tentacle tongues we are unsure on the amount of tongues because the amount changes every time we check and appear to be able to extend; Longest record was 5.7 metres.
Its Positive friendly behaviour has be shown when its walking on back legs or hisses; A responder needs to Show dominance back or it will think you are pray or aggressive in which case it will try and hurt you. Angry signs will be shown via Crawling on all fours, Spines raise, Puffs up, It has shown to be more friendly towards males, The reason may be because of its hormones or something to do with its origins? It has been shown via tests that it will more then likely sprint at you if your showing signs of fear, Without knowing this we have ended up with 36 48 ███ suspected deaths from our foundations and it being wild.
Addendum: It was founded in the forest Tsingy Forest, Madagascar; the forest of knifes. It was seen jumping from the sharp limestone rocks trying to catch birds; likely for it to eat. Samples were collected from the rocks and a nearby 'nest' and traces were removed. Many new species have been founded here, But this doesn't appear to be a evolved animal, It doesn't appear to be from this world.
Its first thought to be appearance was when a family was found dead in the nearby area of the forest. It apparently went through the door, (Meaning it can use doors) walked into the kitchen where the father was making dinner and attacked him, The wife came out and must of seen what was happening and screamed alerting the SCP and making it attack her. The child M██ was listening to something not hearing the commotion and when the SCP entered her room she may have screamed or ran either resulted in her death in her room, where later their Grandma Miss. D██ founded their door open and their bodies Which she reported to the police who wrote it off like a carnivorous ring-tailed mongoose problem, resulting in some deaths of the species.
The second spotting was a lot more graphic and had an exact description of what happened. A male; J████ W█████████ reported a monster attack on his two friends who were camping with him. Apparently the 'Black Demon' ran into their camp grabbing their food and began eating it, they took photo's and it instantly began attacking them after that probably thinking they were trying to hurt it, Jumping first onto the female; D████ L██████ and ripped her arms off and consumed it through its side mouths. It then began head butting her until she didn't move. More bone spines came out its back and it ran over to the other male; J███ S█████ and began to extend its tongue tentacles down his throat until he stopped breathing, Apparently J███ screamed at it and it Hissed back he then threw his phone at it and ran. Apparently he heard howling as he ran away. When reported the Police finally investigated and found no human remains. Only their tent and a bit of Bird feathers. After that we came to look around until we found it.

SCP proceeds to extend tongues towards the doctor while crawling towards him

Closing Statement: The SCP ended up getting tranquillised and put back into it's cell after it attempted to attack the Dr.

Foreword: the next interview went better compared to the first. I thought to try more animal tactics to try and connects with it. It does not like yelling.

interviewer; please take a step back or we will have to shoot you again! As we don't know what your intentions are or side effects!
SCP stops dead in its tracks and goes down onto its front legs.

Closing Statement: The SCP ended up getting tranquillised again and put back into its cell. Though 'friendly' behaviour was shown for a bit.

Closing Statement: The SCP has learnt to copy noises, Maybe it could learn English? It already makes strange noises like Hissing and Birds tweeting, Most likely for hunting purposes. It doesn't seem to like females that enter, It maybe to do with its origins or a hormonal thing. From what we see in the x-rays it is a male, Although it doesn't have the same genitalia to humans.
