Item #: SCP-4106

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-4106 and most of the sub-class SCPs within it, there are no special containment procedures. Containment procedures will be listed with sub-class SCPs that require them.

Description: SCP-4106 is a Publix grocery store and its entire parking lot located in ███████, ███████. The store itself measures to approximately 200 meters in length, 30 meters in height, and 160 meters in width, while the parking lot is 400 meters in length and 340 meters in width. In between some parking spaces, there are places to put shopping carts known as "cart corrals". Because the store is populated with civilians, special observation procedures must be taken. In order to avoid suspicion from the general public, all personnel willing and permitted to observe SCP-4106 and its sub-class SCPs must create a fake identity and apply to be employed at the store. There are currently 12 personnel employed throughout various departments in the store.

SCP-4106 is not anomalous in any form other than that it houses sub-class SCPs inside the store and parking lot. Currently, there are 4 known sub-class SCPs within SCP-4106.

SCP-4106-A: SCP-4106-A is an empty space in the parking lot of SCP-4106. Upon being employed at the store for 3 months, employees will notice that the space has been replaced by a cart corral with no sign. This will cause the employee(s) to act confused for a few seconds before returning to work. After 1 year of employment, a sign will appear above the corral. Again, the employee(s) will act confused for several seconds before returning to work once more. Through observation from outside sources, only employees can see the corral. It is currently unclear why this occurs, but research has shown that there are no harmful effects caused by SCP-4106-A, classifying it as safe.

SCP-4106-B: SCP-4106-B is a small broken corner approximately .30 meters in length, height, and width in a parking space. in the far right area of the parking lot. When a person or object moves over to SCP-4106-B, they will no longer move any further, and instead will be moving in place. Through extensive research, it has been concluded that SCP-4106-B is a small magnetic field that repels objects. Because of its small size, cars can still park in the space without touching the corner. To avoid the discovery of the field by the public, caution tape must be applied around the area and reapplied if torn down. If a civilian does discover SCP-4106-B, a small amnestic agent must be administered via aerosol spray. The nature of SCP-4106-B has been classified as safe by researchers and on-site personnel.

SCP-4106-C:
SCP-4106-D: Nicknamed "The Hard Worker", SCP-4106-D is the only sub-class SCP in SCP-4106 with a Euclid Object Class. SCP-4106-D is a ██ year-old human male employee approximately 1.8 meters in height and weighing approximately 83.9 kilograms. By all accounts outside of SCP-4106, SCP-4106-D is a normal human male; however, when in proximity of SCP-4106, SCP-4106-D gains increased strength, stamina, and resistance to cold and hot temperatures, disease, and inflicted wounds as well as pain. SCP-4106-D also shows signs of increased hormone production. Personnel have shown an Whenever SCP-4106-D leaves the vicinity of SCP-4106, he reverts back into a normal state.
