Special Containment Procedures: Upon identification of an SCP-XXXX event ATF Sigma-35 (“Debt Cancellers”) are to mobilize to the event site along with 1 D-Class in common clothing. The D-Class is to be sent to the manifestation point, assigned the task of ‘calming down’ SCP-XXXX-1.
Once both SCP-XXXX-1 and the D-Class have jumped from the building ATF Sigma-35 is to scrub any news coverage and administer Class A amnestics to all witnesses.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon occurring in Las Vegas, Nevada in which an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will manifest upon a structure with a minimum height of thirty (30) meters.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 will appear as Caucasian males between the ages of twenty (20) and thirty (30) wearing standard professional business attire. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 show signs of severe depression, speaking about how their lives have led nowhere or that all their efforts in life have been wasted.
Upon manifestation, SCP-XXXX-1 will wait on the spot of its manifestation until it is noticed by someone. When a subject notices SCP-XXXX-1 they will express varying amounts of panic before moving to the location of SCP-XXXX-1^2. Once a subject enters the area of SCP-XXXX-1’s manifestation SCP-XXXX-1 will animate, starting to weep as they slowly start to move closer to the edge of the roof. Subjects will try to call out to SCP-XXXX-1, reciting standard practices of suicide prevention. During this time, SCP-XXXX-1 will begin professing pointlessness of living, stating that the world is cruel and unjust. Upon listening to SCP-XXXX-1’s voice for more than five (5) minutes, subjects will enter a trance-like state and will be susceptible to suggestion. Once in this state, SCP-XXXX-1 will command the subject to commit suicide alongside it.
Once the subject steps onto the ledge SCP-XXXX-1 will jump from the building, forcefully pulling the subject with it. SCP-XXXX-1 will demanifest approximately one (1) meter from the ground. This effect of demanifestation also applies when SCP-XXXX-1 is not falling, any capture attempts made against SCP-XXXX-1 have been met with demanifestation upon leaving the initial site.
