Item #: SCP-xxxx

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be kept in a glass cell measuring 5m x 5m x 5m. In case of disappearance, alarms are not to be activated, as SCP-xxxx does not have the ability, or will, to breach containment. Security may or may not be informed of the situation. New researchers are to be told that SCP-xxxx emits highly dangerous radiation, that is deflected by solid inorganic matter.
In case of containment breach, the entity should be spoke to in a commanding voice. Doing this while the object is cornered with guns pointed at it is most effective, although it will comply most of the time.

During testing, the entity must be calmed before transferring to the testing area. Researchers may be allowed access to two (2) security personnel during transfer. Personnel are never to come into contact with SCP-xxxx, and if contact is made, it is not to be broken until the transfer is complete, and other personnel are notified.
Subject can be used to attempt to terminate SCPs, however O5 must be alerted before doing so. Personnel are no longer allowed to use SCP-xxxx for Termination attempts.

Description: SCP-xxxx is a ██-year-old human male with brown hair. The entity is usually calm and submissive, however it tends to have bursts of rage, most noticeably when talking about containment. The entity goes by "John," however it still responds to "SCP-xxxx."
entity always fades in and out of existence, which seems to vary in speed depending on mood how calm the entity is. SCP-xxxx often does not recognize it's own flicker, despite various efforts to show it.

When an external creature comes into contact with any part of SCP-xxxx's body, the subject, hereby referred to as SCP-xxxx-2, will flicker at a rate different from SCP-xxxx. This ends only when contact is broken, which in most cases caused death. Investigation of SCP-xxxx-2 bodies have revealed total system failures. SCP-xxxx does not assume the deaths with itself, claiming that the subjects suffered from cardiac arrest, no matter the health of the subject.

The entity also is able to "teleport" using it's flicker. The flicker will speed up, until the entity is not observable. The flicker will then slow, SCP-xxxx disappearing as the flicker stops. At the destination, flickering starts, speeding up and distorting the surrounding area, then slowly slowing while SCP-xxxx materializes. SCP-xxxx has not been observed flickering out of the facility, although appearing near the entrance of the facility is possible. SCP-xxxx does not claim to have control of it's powers, instead claiming that it "teleports" it when bored.

Due to it's ability to shut off vital organs in organic creatures, it is currently used to try to terminate other SCPs. How ever good SCP-xxxx is at killing organic organisms, termination testing has been suspended indefinitely (See Incident Reports a-c).
