SCP 4390-J is contained in a 10 x 10 cell at all times.
SCP 4390-J is a recreation of family guy's "peter griffin".
It is stored somewhere in site-38. Found by [ DATA EXPUNGED ] in
Colorado in the year 1999, it was moved to site 38 in
2010 when site 19 was breached and nuked in the process.
SCP 4390-J was upgraded to Apollyon when they almost destroyed
the entire universe. The song " The bird is the word " must
be played in 4390-J's cell at all times, failing to do
so will result in 4930-J getting angry and will
start making references to pop culture eg: "Hey Louis,
remember the time we met sans undertale?"

[Dr.Miller]: Hello 4390-J

[4390-J]: laughs this reminds me of the time when the FBI came to my house

4390-J stands still for 2 minutes
