Special Containment Procedures: Containment procedures are ongoing as more information is received. Standard estimates of the range of SCP-XXXX apparitions is believed to be limited to occurrences in historical regions of Southern France; this includes the Western Mediterranean coast of France, stretching from the Rhone valley in the East, to the Spanish border in the South West. For this reason it is enforced that all Field Agents, assigned to SCP-XXXX, must have TY Level 5-6 or CEFR Level C1 – C2 in French language proficiency. Upon apparition of SCP-XXXX, Field Agents, with the corporation of French local authority, are to immediately close off the surrounding perimeter, with complete discretion. Immediate priorities are to identify and locate SCP-XXXX. Upon location, Field Agents are to begin interviewing witnesses who have come into contact with SCP-XXXX, taking special care to interview extensively all child subjects that have been targeted by SCP-XXXX. Information on the guardian of any child subjects must be taken for later background checks. Interview priorities are individuals contacted by SCP-XXXX.
Field Agents are to negate any further contact with SCP-XXXX and witnesses. Personnel is to avoid direct visual contact whenever possible. Only minimal verbal communication around SCP-XXXX is permitted. Field Agents will only be required to speak directly to SCP-XXXX under the direction of testing protocol being administered by a licensed Foundation Doctor.
Once interviews have been completed and SCP-XXXX has ceased remaining in the perimeter, Class-A Amnestics are to be administered at the discretion of the Field Agent’s Squad Leader. Afterwards Bio-technicians shall begin the process of removing and disposing of medical waste. Using clearly marked containers, Bio-technicians are to properly dispose of any medical waste that potentially carry blood borne pathogens. Work is complete when they have properly disposed of all contaminated material, focusing on safely cleaning and restoring commercial and residential areas impacted by SCP-XXXX. Afterwards domain holders of the perimeter is the French local authority and is to be opened at their discretion.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian, female individual, with brown eyes, aged between 15–19 years of age. It has short, black hair with a skin complexion that is dark and appears sun burnt. It has malocclusion of the teeth on upper and lower jaws caused by overcrowding. It has a slim build, weighing an approximate 55 kilograms, at a height of approximately 170 centimeters. All apparitions appear in dated or badly mismanaged dress in a period style. Often appearing “ragged” or “disorderly”. Giving the appearance of a young, poverty-stricken woman who appears to be a female servant. This dress is often discolored with a reddish pigment in random blotches, usually below the knees.
There are multiple objects that will always appear in the hands of or within reach of SCP-XXXX. This includes a brown cloth, a large brush with stiff bristles and two oaken buckets. One bucket is usually seen to be filled with a medium amount of red fluid while the other has clear water. This red fluid seems to act as a mild detergent, possibly pH neutral. Sand or salt is also used as an abrasive cleaner.
It was at first believed SCP-XXXX was attracted solely to doing "household chores," occasionally ones specifically assigned to targeted children of SCP-XXXX. It has been observed invading homes and washing floors, clothes, dishes, household objects and the bodies and wounds of individuals it has interacted with. But research and interviews conducted have shown a strong correlation of appearances with neglected or abused child subjects. SCP-XXXX is known to appear in areas with high concentrations of volatile abuse or neglect, sometimes on the part of an anomalous nature, usually focused on the brunt of juveniles. Any discovered information regarding non-anomalous abuse or neglect among the populous may be forwarded to local authority at the discretion of the Squad Leader.
To complete "tasks", SCP-XXXX utilizes the red liquid that it is in constant contact with. Upon examination of this liquid, Albumin was discovered. Albumin is the main protein in plasma, and it functions to regulate the colloidal osmotic pressure of blood. On site samples also discovered biological cells thriving in this liquid. Different types of biological cells have been discovered including primarily red blood cells, white blood cells and noticeably few platelets.
SCP-XXXX does not seem to be aware of these samples being taken but on encroachment for closer examination, SCP-XXXX always reproaches from any advancement. Upon being grabbed SCP-XXXX vanishes itself. By what means are anomalous. If left undisturbed SCP-XXXX will vanish upon completion of it's desired task, the success though of this task is sometimes dubious.
Contact with SCP-XXX has been attainable but limited. Appearances have been noted to only last for an hour at most. Engagement in communication with SCP-XXXX has not been directly observed. But interviews suggest, that when alone, it will often engage in conversation with children, sometimes enacting first contact itself. "Adults" (Adults in this context being based on SCP-XXXX's impression) when speaking to SCP-XXXX receive no other response but a repeated act where by SCP-XXXX appears mournful and responds in colloquial French, despite any language spoken to it, that it will work faster. It then begins quickening the pace it was working at, sometimes appearing to sweat, with flushed appearance. It is unknown if SCP-XXXX has the ability to render anything an adult human says as being something other than a command to continue to work faster.
In exchange for the persons granted to us by the French Government under operation Servant Song a sum is to be paid based on the number of persons for that year transposed. SCP-XXXX is vital to our agreement with the French Government that allows us to submit human persons identified by SCP-XXXX for re-training. In the 1950's it was necessary to have a random selection process for the purchasing of people but the opportunity that SCP-XXXX has provided us is a random selection process that targets weak persons of interest in positions that are easy to manipulate for our advantage. Research on SCP-XXXX is ongoing but is currently being used to identify lost, abandoned, or abused children for re-purposing for ulterior motives or occasionally alerting their current predicament to local authorities if mental scarring is beyond simple repair. But this mental scarring is sometimes shown to be ideal.
On 4/7/2020, experiment orchestrated by Dr. ██████████, introducing D-Class Personnel 2007, a Caucasian male, aged 32 from Mississippi was to SCP-XXXX. All transcripts that exists of Experiment ██ exist as the handwritten notes of Dr. ██████████. In these notes it was illustrated that D-Class 2007 was chosen for having met “certain conditions”. D-Class 2007 was noted to have pleaded guilty to multiple crimes involving boys and girls with ages ranging from 6-17 years of age. D-Class 2007 admitted 137 offenses against 46 people, including blackmail, voyeurism, making indecent images of children and encouraging the rape of a child.
Dr. ██████████ noted under transcript file 01 , that D-Class 2007, was chosen specifically for an incident involving a young girl, aged 12 from the American State, Arkansas. The transcript specifies that the individual had allegedly coerced her to begin licking a toilet seat and a used tampon while filming herself. Then was later forced to eat her own feces and drink her own urine. In one instance, D-Class 2007 is said to have described what sort of acts he forced his victims into: "I have had a few push pins into themselves, sometimes to attach signs, and had one girl stand on them in bare feet. One time the eye too.” He had allegedly forced this certain 12-year-old victim into inserting large quantities of her own feces into several orifices and then digging her own grave before she was beaten to death. This final assertion of Dr. ██████████ has not been found in any court or police records relating to the child subject or to the autopsy of the body and therefore has been redacted. Until this action can be proven to have taken place, this information shall remain redacted.
D-Class 1990, an African American male; age 17 at the time of the crime was also introduced alongside D-Class 2007 to SCP-XXXX. Arrested for robbery and murder of a white male age 36 in Pensacola on 26/1/2019; D-Class 1990 was sentenced on 20/9/2019; reversed in 2020; and resentenced to death on 6/3/2020 with influence of Dr. ██████████ to Judge Maxwell.
Experiment ██, performed by Dr. ██████████ involved introducing D-Class 2007 and D-Class 1990 to SCP-XXXX. When introduced D-Class 2007 was to harass and ████████████ D-Class 1990 in front of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is recorded to have had an immediate reaction. As D-Class 2007 began to ████ D-Class 1990, SCP-XXXX is said to have begun a wailing sound, its eyes appearing to roll into the back of its head before a strong shrieking could be heard emanating from SCP-XXXX’s mouth. SCP-XXXX began self-scratching to the point of drawing blood and began a violent series of self-mutilation. It was witnessed SCP-XXXX filling an oaken bucket beside it with copious amounts of blood.
SCP-XXXX is described as having remained in an agitated state until D-Class 2007 vacated the immediate area. At which point SCP-XXXX is said to have vanished from the area without finishing its desired task. This was noted as unusual by accompanying field workers. Upon vanishing, Experiment ██ was declared finished by Dr. ██████████. Due to contrary reports from Dr. ██████████ and present Field Agents 01 and 05 on what the exact procedure of how the experiment was conducted certain elements have been redacted. These redactions are to be removed if the true events can ever be exactly defined. This has been ruled by upper management to be caused by the senile ability of Dr. ██████████ and amnesia brought on by wrongly handling of amnesiac drugs. But no penalties are to be brought forthwith.
Upon completion of the experiment and after being reviewed, Dr. ██████████, was asked to retire and leave all testing and field work related to SCP-XXXX. This was requested by Field Agents ██ and Squad Leader ██. This was approved by upper management noting Dr. ██████████’s experiment was a drain on finances and was extremely informal, with fears Dr. ██████████ was growing senile. Dr. ██████████ retired on 9/10/21 without full honors.
Since this experiment all further experiments on SCP-XXXX must be approved with upper management’s consent. Field Agents are to be given prior warning so as to choose to involve themselves or not. Field Agents are to not be given this option if their assistance is directly needed.
It is to be noted that several Field Agents present at Experiment 05 requested to retire from all work involving SCP-XXXX. Their requests were approved.
SCP-XXXX was later reported to appear in the cell of D-Class 1990, wiping the floor of his cell, on its knees. This went on for an unknowable amount of time until it was alerted to by other D-Class. When approached by SCP-XXXX’s usual Field Agents, SCP-XXXX reacted outwardly hostile, reportedly crying and then vanishing.
Nothing of note was observed except Field Agent’s reported SCP-XXXX’s “bucket” was almost overflowing with a red liquid spilling out all over the cell containment floor. D-Class 1990 was apparently not alarmed by this. D-Class 1990 refused to be interviewed and was hostile until his extermination at the end of the month. D-Class 1990 refused all amnesiac drugs.
After an apparition of SCP-XXXX, child subject was abducted 4 days later by SCP-1788. Subject was described as unusually alarmed after apparition but was relaxed after she was given amnesiac drugs as protocol. More research is needed to know if these actions aided in SCP-1788’s abduction of said subject.
Upon entry into perimeter SCP-XXXX was identified, surrounded by several heavily dilapidated and malnourished children. SCP-1076 was identified to be amongst the children upon the conduction of interviews. SCP-XXXX was seen to take considerable care in washing the feet of SCP-1076, even allowing mild encroachment on its person. When SCP-1076 was taken away to be interviewed, SCP-XXXX vanished. Further research is necessary but is awaiting an available Foundation Doctor at this time. Suggestions are for a possibly new containment procedure involving containment using the anomalous properties of SCP-1076.
