Special Containment Procedures: Personnel are not to engage XXXX in combat or attempt to detain it. Subject has yet to become violent without provocation and has brought multiple anomalies of a much more hazardous nature into foundation custody and therefore should be treated as a circumstantial ally. This does not mean that XXXX should be given access to any classified foundation information, the subject has only requested such information on one occasion, see Incident XXXX-1 for details on this event.
Description: Scp-XXXX is a human male who appears to be in his late twenties. Subject claims to have been born in Ireland in the early days of the British empire but refuses to give any more specific information regarding his origin. Subject is 185 cm tall and weighs just under 95 kg. He has short black hair and olive eyes.
XXXX has strength, speed and durability all well beyond human limits. While he is not immune to physical damage, however he barely bleeds when wounded and any superficial damage is generally healed within an hour and a half, while injuries that would be definitively fatal to a normal person such as direct trauma to the heart or lungs will usually heal within 12 hours, however he has been incapacitated for several days before(upon initial containment). During testing XXXX bench pressed 300 kg twelve times before pausing for "a breather" and completing two more sets of twelve in succession, additionally he can bend rifle barrels and embed his fingertips into solid concrete. He was witnessed hurdling a 3 meter wall while maintaining a sprint at ~20m/s. One of his most interesting traits is his nearly complete resistance to psychic and memetic anomalies, which is not altogether unheard of however XXXX seems to take this resistance even further in that he seems able to accurately describe the basic nature and effects of such anomalies by simply observing them. This resistance is so potent that reality bending entities encountered by XXXX have all been unable to directly influence him however there are no verified instances of an interaction between XXXX and a powerful reality bender. It is, however, suspected that his injuries sustained prior to containment may have been from such an entity. While this would suggest that he himself is a reality bender of some kind XXXX denies this, stating that his abilities simply stem from his willpower and that any human could do what he can if they were of strong enough character.
XXXX-1: is the weapon wielded by XXXX, it was originally thought to be the source of his abilities however testing and XXXX's testimony indicate that their relationship is just the opposite although it is unclear whether XXXX-1 has actually been given abilities of its own or if XXXX merely uses it as some sort of prop.
It displays several different anomalous properties when in XXXX's possession, the most prevalent of which being polymorphism. XXXX-1 is usually kept in the form of a fairly plain looking short sword, however XXXX seems to prefer blunt instruments or heavy blades over light weaponry and the short sword seems to be the only exception to this rule. It often assumes the form of a thick 150 cm long wooden staff ending with a 6 kg iron ball. Some other common forms include an oversized medieval warhammer, a sword resembling a Scottish claymore(about 5 kg heavier than the originals), a heavy longsword, and a large blunt morningstar(12 kg, 35 cm). It is capable of taking any number of forms, even splitting into multiple pieces, one of XXXX's favorite forms is a pair of long, heavy maces. It is also capable of teleporting into XXXX's hand, no limit has been found to the distance of this teleportation nor has any tested method been able to prevent or delay it. This ability is often used in conjunction with its polymorphism to manifest a variety of thrown weapons, most often throwing knives, axes or bolas however it is capable of taking the form of more complex projectile weaponry such as bows, crossbows and even modern firearms. Subject has repeatedly shown distaste for such advanced weaponry, preferring thrown weapons to projectile launching devices, subject has stated "combat should be personal" and "those things are too complicated anyway, making them is confusing and it's more of a distraction than anything."
Additional abilities displayed by XXXX-1 include producing electrical current exceeding 1000w at over 100hz, coating itself and/or XXXX in flame(1000-1500 °C), reducing kinetic energy in nearby atoms resulting in temperature reduction averaging 30 °C/s in solids, this effect has not been shown to be able to exceed -60 °C but it is unclear whether this is because XXXX-1 is incapable of further chilling or because greater utilization of this ability is unnecessary or draining to XXXX (when using this ability on sources of great heat such as open flame XXXX seems to be able to siphon energy to empower himself but anything below 200 °C becomes exhausting, he avoids using it in most cases).
