An instance of SCP-XXXX-3, captured on live feed from a helmet mounted camera.

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's undiscovered point of origin, and unknown exact size, a containment zone of ~1km by ~1km has been established with permission of the ████████ government.
Any and all personnel entering and exiting SCP-XXXX must undergo psychological and physiological examination.
Description: First reports of anomalous effects were documented on ██/██/██, coming from an elderly woman of age ██. After local police were sent to the area to investigate, and did not return for a period of over 72 hours, the foundation was contacted.

SCP-XXXX is an anomalous phenomenon located in a small village in central █████. Its effects have not been fully explored, though numerous findings have been uncovered around observable phenomenon.

Upon entering SCP-XXXX, the first of many occurrences was observed. The complete interior structure of a human, suspended in mid-air, was sighted by field operatives multiple times. the respiratory system and circulation system seemed to still operate, despite the absence of a body or any type of connection to bodily tissue. this is the most common occurrence within SCP-XXXX, and shall be henceforth referred to as SCP-XXX-1. These instances have been sighted by personnel throughout the whole of SCP-XXXX's containment zone, varying in complexity and position.

The second instance of documented phenomenon within SCP-XXXX is what operatives described as "loops". These instances were sighted 300 meters into SCP-XXXX, and were captured on video feed. They seem to be humanoid figures, some being intact and some oddly warped, performing tasks such as walking, running, cycling, etcetera. these will be known as SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 come in many different shapes and many different positions. one instance involved what seemed to be a male, with overtly stretched appendages attempting to ride an invisible bike through the street. The entity would move a distance of around 2.4 meters, then re-appear back where it started. This was a similarly observed in an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 (around 1.4 meters tall), thought to be a young female with various mishapen facial features and warped legs. the being would walk into a road, stop roughly 1.8 meters in, and re-appear back where it originally started.

The third instance of anomalous effects are known as SCP-XXXX-3. These are areas of seemingly low resolution compared to others within SCP-XXXX. Areas such as these have been documented halfway (500 metres) into the containment zone of SCP-XXXX. field operatives describe SCP-XXXX-3 as "blurred and distorted". An image from a foundation operative's camera feed is supplied. Operators experience a sense of blurred vision, and in some cases sore/itching eyes after looking directly at areas of SCP-XXXX-3 for prolonged periods. Personnel are to resist eye contact with SCP-XXXX-3 without further understanding of long-lasting effects. SCP-XXXX-3 shows signs of memetic effects, though further research must be conducted to fully prove this. Having SCP-XXXX-3 within sight may also be a cognitohazard, though once again more research is needed.

The final instance of anomalous activity is designated SCP-XXXX-4. This is also known as "clashes", where entities and objects merge and duplicate each other. These instances have been observed as lampposts, post boxes, and in some cases entire buildings. SCP-XXXX-4 has been observed as most dangerous of all instances within SCP-XXXX, and any units entering must remain at a 5 metre distance from all cases.

during SCP-XXXX-E6, two class D personnel (D-2506, D-2507) were asked to approach SCP-XXXX-4. Aforementioned personnel were fitted with trackers, chest mounted cameras, and pressure sensors. The following is what the chest rig of D-0105 captured and recorded, along with information from pressure sensors.
