Protocol Seven-9

Protocol Seven-9

As SCP-7009's abilities have, to date, been primarily observed in non-laboratory conditions, the Foundation has placed a priority on accurate, detailed and extensive recording of SCP-7009 when these abilities are displayed.

Mobile Task Force [DATA EXPUNGED] is to mobilize immediately upon confirmation of SCP-7009 engaging in [DATA EXPUNGED]. MTF is to remain in immediate vicinity of SCP-7009 or as close a proximity as will allow audio and video of event to be recorded without damage to equipment; including the safe extraction of said files. These logs are to be considered of paramount importance and supersede safe extraction of Task Force personnel. In other words, documentation of SCP-7009 activity known to be [DATA EXPUNGED] is paramount over all other Task Force objectives.

In addition to Mobile Task Force [DATA EXPUNGED] mobilization and tracking of SCP-7009, Research Staff Dr. ██████ Quest and assigned research team are to report either to location of activity or at Research Station 15 for on-site analysis of data in real time. At no point should any staff or personnel not assigned to Mobile Task Force [DATA EXPUNGED] or Research Team under Dr. Quest, regardless of clearance, be permitted to view recorded data or entrance into Research Station 15 during these events.

Upon cessation or completion of SCP-7009's [DATA EXPUNGED], an unadulterated copy of all recorded data is to be delivered to 05 Command via secured channel immediately.

Recording devices must consist of a minimum of:
(1) One standard issue shoulder-mounted HD video camera, per Mobile Task Force Member, capable of 1,920×1,080 recording for twelve hours.
(1) Head or helmet-mounted wide-angle HD video camera, capable of 1,920×1,080 recording for twelve hours with a six-hour reduced pixel backup recording. Minimum three (3) to Task Force.
(1) HD Audio recording device of Dr. Quest's choosing, capable of 140 hours of device storage. Must be equipped on ALL Mobile Task Force team members AND each member of Research Team.
(1) GPS equipped to each Mobile Task Force team member with last known location function.
(2) All-terrain, corrosion-resistant, waterproof (minimum depth 1000m) data storage containers for Task Force recording, each equipped with GPS.
