Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures:SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard storage cell behind an airlock. SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in a small box made of tantalum hafnium carbide (Ta4HfC5,) welded to the floor within the storage room. SCP-XXXX-2 is to be kept within a locked metal box insulated with aerogel, welded to the top of SCP-XXXX-1's box. SCP-XXXX-3 is to be locked within a hidden safe under several hinged floor tiles in SCP-XXXX's storage cell.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a collection of jewlery that allows the wearer to gain influence over the respective "element" corresponding with the item worn.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a small, ornate silver ring with inlaid diamonds and a red gemstone identified as ██████████. SCP-XXXX-1 decreases the rate at which materials transfer thermal energy, as well as slowly emits heat into the environment around it, causing any material in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX-1 to heat up and eventually melt. SCP-XXXX-1 grants the wearer the ability to manipulate fire, and to a lesser extent, thermal energy directly. The ability to manipulate ice is seemingly based off of the subject wearing SCP-XXXX-1 and can produce varying results from subject to subject.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a small, plain gold ring with a blue gemstone identified as ██████████. SCP-XXXX-2 decreases the rate at which materials lose thermal radiation, as well as slowly reducing heat in materials around it, causing any material in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX-2 to slowly cool to a minimum of █████ kelvin. SCP-XXXX-2 grants the wearer the ability to manipulate ice, water, and to a greater extent, an inverse ability to manipulate thermal energy, allowing the wearer to chill materials by "moving" thermal energy away from the area desired. The ability to manipulate ice is seemingly based off of the subject wearing SCP-XXXX-2 and can produce varying results from subject to subject.
Additionally, SCP-XXXX is able to fit on the finger of any wearer, increasing or decreasing the diameter of the band as needed to be perfectly sized for the finger.
In case of containment breach, SCP-XXXX is to be secured or destroyed by any means necessary. Unauthorized personnel are to be terminated on sight if attempts are made to steal or use SCP-XXXX without approval after a single warning shot is made.

Test A - 5/9/████

Subject: D-4893
Procedure: Subject equipped with an explosive collar. Subject told to place SCP-XXXX-1 onto their finger and to attempt to activate SCP-XXXX-1's anomalous effects
Results: Subject produced large streams of fire from their palms. Subject prompted to remove SCP-XXXX-1. Subject refused to remove the ring and attempted escape. Subject terminated via detonation of the explosive collar.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX is able to produce fire from parts of the body, not only from the ring, as first theorized. It is possible that SCP-XXXX-1 poses a memetic hazard onto the wearer, causing them to experience pyromania, pending testing. Despite not having any source of ignition or fuel, SCP-XXXX-1 is able to produce fire, further investigation pending approval.

Test B - 5/16/████

Subject: Agent ██████
Procedure: Subject prompted to place SCP-XXXX-1 onto their finger and attempt to activate SCP-XXXX-1's anomalous effects.
Results: A sidearm composed entirely of █████ appeared beside the subject. Subject prompted to grab the object and await further instruction.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 produces no form of mental change, testing of the sidearm showed that despite being composed of solid ████████, it does not burn the subject wearing SCP-XXXX-1 and is capable of shooting projectiles composed of ████████.

Note from Dr.████: Dr. Bright is not allowed to make use of SCP-XXXX after an incident at Site-28. In the case that Dr. Bright does come into contact with SCP-XXXX, a team no less than 2 armed guards with high voltage stun guns.
