Spell crafter

Item#: [redacted]
Object class: Euclid

Special containment procedures: If MTF Epson-11 are ever able to recapture Scp [redacted] the following procedures are to be implemented.

Scp [redacted] is to be kept in a locked item locker in site [redacted] and to be surrounded by reality anchors to prevent it's effects. Only level three and above researchers may retrieve scp [redacted] for testing and must not make physical contact with the scp [redacted]. Scp [redacted] is not to be used under any circumstances outside of testing and only using d-class personnel. Any attempts to use or access scp [redacted] without proper permission are to be stopped by force if necessary.

Scp [redacted]-2 instances are to be kept in an comatose state outside of testing purposes. If a Scp [redacted]-2 instance awaken outside of testing they are to be sedated or rendered unconscious as quickly as possible. Under no circumstances are scp [redacted]-2 instances to be allowed to get hold of a writing implement or Scp [redacted]. If Scp [redacted] or scp [redacted]-2 is ever to break containment mobile tack force Epson-11 is to be dispatched to contain them. They are to be equipped with reality anchors to reduce scp [redacted]'s effects.

Any scp [redacted]-3 instances are to be kept in an empty 5 ft cubical iron box with at least one foot thick walls as a minimum.

Description: Scp [redacted] is a handmade book that is five and a half inches by five inches with 14 small pockets inside. On the cover are eight spell circles varying from two and a half inches in diameter to thirteen sixteenths of an inch in diameter. Close to each of the spell circles on the cover are some words that can only be deciphered by scp [redacted]-2 instances. Inside Scp [redacted] there are seven spell circles printed on a card stock like material that when removed from Scp [redacted] return back to Scp [redacted] after 24 hours. If any human touches Scp [redacted] they have a 10% chance to become a Scp [redacted]-2 instance one week after exposure if there is not already a scp [redacted]-2 instance. If the subject during this time frame touches Scp [redacted] again they instantly become a Scp [redacted]-2 instance. When the subject becomes a Scp [redacted]-2 instance they gain all the memories of any previous Scp [redacted]-2 instances as well as the host’s memories. No physical transformation occurs making it difficult to discern if someone has been infected. They also at this point gain the ability read Scp [redacted] as well as use the spells in Scp [redacted].

Any attempts to damage the book in any way to this point have been unable to do permanent damage. As the book takes very little damage even from things that would destroy a normal book. It also repairs any damage sustained to it's self in five to ten seconds depending on the extent of the damage.

Currently only nine of the eleven spell circles effects are known, the six of the eight on the cover as well as all of the ones in the book itself.

Spell circle number one which is located on the cover and in the largest of the spell circles on the cover; according to scp [redacted]-2 this spell circle is responsible for the books regenerative properties.

The spell circle in the upper right hand corner according to scp [redacted]-2 stops divination magic; although what classifies as divination magic is yet to be determined.

The spell circle on the middle right according to scp [redacted]-2 is what powers the book's effects.

The spell circle in the lower right and according to scp [redacted]-2 is labeled strength. It is thought that this is why the book is so resistant to damage despite what it's construction would make you believe.

The middle bottom spell circle is labeled as encoding; this is possibly why only scp [redacted]-2 instances can read the book and use it.

The spell circle on the bottom left is labeled as shielding; although what this means is yet to be determined.

The left middle circle's purpose scp [redacted]-2 refuses to tell us and claims they can only show us. Testing of this spell circle has been denied due to the unknowns and possibility of a contentment breach.

The last spell circle on the cover of scp [redacted] is the one on the upper left and according to scp [redacted]-2 is used to contain the spell book’s power and prevent it from imploding.

The first spell in the book summons a creature made of soil or stone; now deemed scp [redacted]-3.
This creation possesses the strength to punch through reinforced concrete. The only way currently known to destroy these creatures is to destroy the gem at its core. See addendum 1 for more info.

The second spell in the book makes any dice in the circle at the casting lucky and aways rolls what you want them to. After rigorous testing by Dr. [redacted] in where he used dice effected by this spell to scam some of the newer researchers; this claim was proven to be true. No Dr. bright you are not allowed to have them.

The third circle according to scp [redacted]-2 allows them to command scp [redacted]-3 instances.

addendum 1: scp [redacted]'s acquisition

On 8/18/20XX Mobile task force Epson-11 was sent out after a containment breach was reported at site 42 in order to re-contain any escaped scps. MTF Epson-11 when they went to investigate found several scp [redacted]-3 instances were being used by scp [redacted]-2 to try to break out mutable hominoid scp's. MTF Epson-11 managed to take scp [redacted]-2 out from range and then all the scp [redacted]-3 ceased movement and MTF Epson-11 was able to re-contain most of the escaping scp's.

During the clean up a d-class personal found scp [redacted] and turned it over to a researcher who moved it to item storage. Luckily the researcher was not infected although the d-class was and while cleaning scp 173's chambers they became a scp [redacted] instance. Immediately after they took scp 173's waste matter and started making a spell circle with it. After they ignored repeated commands by the researchers a guard was sent in and cuffed the scp [redacted]-2 instance.

They were then brought to a chamber for questioning. After answering most of questions which is how this document was able to be made. The researcher was distracted by the inter com for a second and the scp [redacted]-2 instance then knocked the researcher out blockaded the door before using the researcher pencil to draw a spell circle and teleport to an unknown locution. At the same time scp [redacted] disappeared.
