Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4909 is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment cell in Resarch Sector-02 at site-19. SCP-4909 should be sedated before transporting it. During transport, SCP-4909 must be secured within the maximum class of Humanoid Restriction Harness (including a muzzle, shock collar, needs to sit in wheel chair, and wrapped with chains) and monitored by 5 heavily armed guards.

He does have signs like sudden change in eating, cusses more, says he’s going to kill him self, finding blood in containment cell, finding rope in containment cell, and sudden changes in behavior. If SCP-4909 has any of these sighs there must be at least 5 heavily armed guards surrounding SCP-4909. If SCP-4909 is having outbursts that there should be no one in the containment cell with him. Pictures of dogs and cats seems to calm him down. If this doesn’t work than the smell of the ocean and ocean sounds calm him down fast. Leave SCP-4909 with the pictures, ocean smell, and ocean sounds for the week.

SCP-4909 was on his iPad and looked up government stuff and told many people secret that the government tried to hide. He also searched up █████ on his school iPad and people were making fun of him. He killed multiple people and tried to kill himself. He was then transported to the SCP foundation we he stayed for ██ years. He has frequent outbursts trying to kill others and him self.
Containment Breach Protocol In the event of a breach event by SCP-4909, a human within the █-█ years of age bracket will be prepped for recall, with the compromised containment cell being replaced and restored for use. When the cell is ready, the lure subject will be injured, preferably via the breakage of a long bone, such as the femur, or the severing of a major tendon, such as the Achilles Tendon. Lure subject will then be placed in the prepped cell, and the sound emitted by said subject will be transmitted over the site public address system. SCP-4909 will typically begin to slowly walk toward the lure subject within ten to fifteen minutes after hearing the subject. Should SCP-4909 not respond to the initial broadcast, additional physical trauma is to be administered to the lure subject at twenty-minute intervals until SCP-4909 responds. Multiple lure subjects may be used in the case of major breach events. SCP-4909 will usually enter a █████████ state and will have another outburst. The Guards would need to tase him and chain him down and put a muzzle on him.
