Page Name Suggestion: Protocol λ3

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe Euclid - Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to never be mentionned clearly outside of testing sessions, nor is Protocol λ3. After the test has concluded, memories of all involved staff must be deleted in order to preserve the secrecy of Protocol λ3. Occurances of SCP-XXXX are to be reported and dealt with as soon as possible, whether they are only suspicions or confirmed instances. Upon verification, memories of all concerned people must be deleted. Occurances of SCP-XXXX-1 require emergency intervention including procedures similar to SCP-XXXX, and additional usual security procedures to deny possible danger from SCP-XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous phenomenon which can be triggered willingly by any individual who holds the knowledge to do so. It is also usual to refer to the protocol leading to this phenomenon as SCP-XXXX, yet the method to trigger SCP-XXXX is not anomalous in itself. This method is officially refered to as "Protocol λ3". SCP-XXXX is described as the unlocking of any locking system with no tools to actually unlock said system. SCP-XXXX has occured on classical locks, electronical locks, biological locks and the triggering protocol of SCP-XXXX is currently believed to unlock any locking system possible. SCP-XXXX can occur on a system composed of multiple locks, as long as the subject triggering it percieves the system as a single entity. Representations of locking systems can also be affected by SCP-XXXX. The occurance of SCP-XXXX can lead to the appearance of SCP-XXXX-1, nothing can currently infirm that SCP-XXXX-1's manifestation is random SCP-XXXX-1 manifests when Protocol λ3's last step is performed slightly incorrectly. If the error is too important during this step, SCP-XXXX will not occur. A variation of the last step has been developed to ensure appearance of SCP-XXXX-1, this protocol is refered to as "Protocol λ3.1"

SCP-XXXX-1 is what appears to be a parallel dimension build like a labyrinth with multiple floors. The layout of the giant maze can change very rapidly while only making minimal amount of sounds during the rearrangement, it is also notable that subjects inside SCP-XXXX-1 do not notice the change visually, and as such are not put in danger by the movements of the maze. All walls composing SCP-XXXX-1 are indestructible to this day, attempting to destroy any other material attached to said walls results in SCP-XXXX-1b's appearance behind the subject. Various entities have been observed inside SCP-XXXX-1, the most notable being SCP-XXXX-1a, SCP-XXXX-1b and SCP-XXXX-1c. Other entities can prove dangerous as well but are too numerous to be classified efficiently. Attacking or destroying other entities inside SCP-XXXX-1 does not pose any additional threat. SCP-XXXX-1a is the only entity which has been able to leave SCP-XXXX-1 to this day. It is only inside SCP-XXXX-1 that Protocol λ3 does not trigger SCP-XXXX, Protocol λ3.1 is also uneffective.

SCP-XXXX-1a is an intelligent humanoid entity capable of speech. While the body of SCP-XXXX-1a is intangible and adopts various forms, the subject is nonetheless able to manipulate objects physically. SCP-XXXX-1a is not hostile and will willingly converse with humans, however SCP-XXXX-1a will not protect humans from SCP-XXXX-1's other entities. Due to special circumstances, SCP-XXXX-1a is classified separately as a Keter class object.

SCP-XXXX-1b is a highly hostile entity with the ability to inflict lethal poison to any subject by making eye contact. No antidote is available outside of SCP-XXXX-1, but SCP-XXXX-1b will give instructions to find the antidote to a subject upon poisoning it.

SCP-XXXX-1c is a non-hostile entity resembling a floating jellyfish. Upon being seen, SCP-XXXX-1c will cause an alteration of perception in all subjects observing it, resulting in different perceptions depending on the subject.

Addendum: The following documents are presented in chronological order, regardless of subsequent modifications.

Warning: Security Clearance Level 3 or higher is required to access the following document. It is mandatory to refer to SCP-XXXX before consultation of said protocol.

Protocol λ3:

  • Step 1: Apply one's opened hand on the system to unlock. Direct contact is not required, the hand being up to five (5) centimeters away from the locked system will function.
  • Step 2: Say [REDACTED].
  • Step 3: Take one's hand away from the system.
  • Step 4: Bite one's pinky slightly while keeping direct eye contact with the locking system.
  • Step 5: Take one's pinky out, close one's eyes and say [REDACTED].

The system will now be unlocked as an occurance of SCP-XXXX.

Protocol λ3.1:

  • Step 1 to 4: Refer to Protocol λ3 above.
  • Step 5: Close one's eyes, take one's pinky out and say [REDACTED].

The system will now be unlocked and lead to SCP-XXXX-1.

Note: While various methods in step 5 can lead to SCP-XXXX-1, Senior Researcher ███████ finalized Protocol λ3.1 with the most efficient method known to this day.
