Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: Scp is to be kept in a sealed, 640 x 440 x 510 mm miniature refrigerator at a constant temperature of 4° Celcius (40° Farenheit) with a card note stating that under no circumstance must any personnel eat Scp, and when removed must be kept in a 168 x 127 x 48 mm paper bag with the accompanying note unless being tested on in any way that requires Scp to be exposed.
Description: Scp is a 147 mm long mozzarella and ham pannini sandwich with a single bite mark at the end which contains a seemingly infinite volume of mozzarella cheese. When a bite is taken out of Scp, a single strand of mozzarella cheese remains, extending from Scp to the subject's mouth, when this happens the subject is compelled to eat this strand until it has detatched from Scp and is fully consumed. Observations have shown that no matter the tension placed upon the strand, instead of snapping, it simply extends and continues to do so for a seemingly infinite time.
There have been two accounts of Scp being consumed by a person, once in at and once at site, the latter of these occasions was caused by a failure to follow the containment procedures and the note enstructing not to consume Scp was misplaced. In this occasion, to stop the subject infinitely consuming Scp, an attempt was made to stretch the mozzarella strand faster than it could grow, and therefore break it, by attatching Scp to a car and driving at 130km/h, this failed and created Scp-2, a 7.3km long strand of mozzarella cheese
