Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX requires a 250 mm x 250 mm Steel casing for breathing room, Air ducts are installed on each face of the container. Personnel are not to be within a 2 metre distance of SCP-XXXX at any given time, unless a subject is in testing or is authorised to do so. Communication with the SCP is limited. SCP-XXXX should not be forced to consume any sort of food item.

Personnel who experience Terminal Illnesses, Cancer, heart disease, headaches should not approach the SCP under any circumstances. SCP-XXXX is currently MIA, believed to be in the hands of the Office for the Reclamation of Islamic Artefacts, or ORIA. Last spotted at Site-██.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 4 page A4 sized booklet, composed of 3 diagrams. SCP-XXXX is animate, and can speak through a form of telekinesis in Fluent English with an Arabic accent. Each page has 1 diagram labelled and described. These are shown as an Anatomy of a Human Heart, Human Brain and a pair of Human Lungs, believed it uses these diagrams as internal organs to operate. SCP-XXXX cannot move, but has the ability to Breathe, Circulate, and Express Emotions. It shows no necessity to consume nutrients of any kind, nor expresses hunger.

Should an organism come within a 2 metre radius of SCP-XXXX, the subject will experience Symptoms depending on what page the booklet is at. If a subject were to view the diagram of the Lungs, they will experience difficulties breathing, choking, in some cases bronchitis. Subjects have reported attempting to ‘reach’ for their organs displayed on the page, resulting in the effects of symptoms increasing. Should a subject manage to read up to 1 page, they will [DATA EXPUNGED].

SCP-XXXX was located in a wreckage presumed from an expedition west of █████████, Syria. Upon discovery, dates of several other documents showed the origins of SCP-XXXX dates back to the crusader era.

Addendum-XXXX-01: Following the events of Incident-XXXX-██, SCP-XXXX is pending to be located by Mobile Task Forces. Since the breach, Personnel evacuated from Site-89 reported a change in physical health standards. Predictions are that SCP-XXXX has a much larger radius that can cause minor health difficulties in personnel. Euclid classification under review.

On █/█/79, SCP-XXXX was reported demonstrating erratic behaviour, with pages flickering and language shifting between English and [DATA EXPUNGED]. At 0500, Iranian Forces stormed the site, with personnel either being arrested or successfully evacuating with various Foundation Personnel. Site-██ was declared compromised, with SCPs being abandoned. SCP-XXXX was included. Reports from remote camera feed showed SCP-XXXX had been moved from Site-██ to an Unknown Location. The location of various other Objects is currently unknown. My advice would be to send Mobile Task Forces to recover compromised SCPs after the events that unfolded, however judging our reputation with ████ it would be extremely risky. Hopefully something can be sorted out, the rest of the council should be made aware of what's happened.
