Special Containment Procedure:
SCP-5133 under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is to be permitted to be in a 5-mile radius of other Keter class SCPs. SCP-5133 appears to be intangible and volatile to the point of having no singular form. This anomaly cannot be contained as it can phase through solid objects. SCP-5133 is to be followed by a special team of operatives who surround the being with UV light and devices that emit polar magnetic fields. This keeps the anomaly from moving much more than a few centimeters a day. Little is known as to why this works in suppressing its movement and further research is needed.

Description:
SCP-5133 is believed to be comprised of the first visible anti-matter particles, but evidence is non conclusive. It is a small sphere of black iridescent fog that has tentacle-like appendages that extrude from the center. It levitates slightly above the ground and fluctuates in size. It can sometimes be as small as a baseball and other times as large as a car. The only thing that is known to induce the growth of this anomaly is the presence of other SCPs within a 20-meter radius of it. Humans that enter the 20-meter radius of this SCP begin to experience strange phenomena. Within 5 minutes of contact, the human will begin to hear a humming that is melodic in nature. This will also compel the human to come closer. Within 10 minutes of exposure, humans exhibit manic fear and curl into a fetal position. If removed from the vicinity of SCP-5133, the human's mental state can recover but they will periodically hear the humming and sometimes exhibit strange abilities. Most notably, humans that have been removed from contact of SCP-5133 will experience gravitational fluctuations around their body and or the inability to be in the presence of light. If not removed from the vicinity of SCP 5133 20-meter radius within 15 minutes, the human will fall asleep, and within seconds, begins to become intangible eventually fading into nothing. SCP-5133 appears to have no effect on inorganic materials.
This SCP from our understanding has no ability to communicate. In the presence of other SCPs, the anomaly seems to have the ability to enhance or heighten the attributes/abilities of other SCPs. In the presence of other anomalies that can communicate, those who are near SCP-5133, say they can hear the humming. All claim to say it sounds familiar or reminds them of something that they cannot remember. Not much else is known about this anomaly but further research with other Thaumiel anomalies interacting with SCP-5133 is encouraged and may prove to be useful to the foundation.
Event Log: Discovery
On June 24th, 1997 at approximately 6:01 A.M the foundation dispatched a reconnaissance team out to Sedona Arizona after serval reports from local new stations surrounding the strange disappearances of hikers after a meteor shower a week prior. Upon arrival, the foundation set up a M.L.U (mobile laboratory unit) in a remote location hypothesized by our top researchers to be the origin point of the disappearances.
While preparing to begin a routine scan of the surrounding area for anomalous activity, our reconnaissance team reported that the equipment seemed to be malfunctioning. It was soon discovered that the interferences with the equipment was due to electromagnetic radiation coming from an unknown source. The only piece of equipment that was unaffected by the radiation was the thermal scanning unit. With no other equipment functioning, the reconnaissance team performed a thermal scan of the area. The scan picked up a heat signature in a small area that was extremely cold measuring at -88 °C. The team was immediately sent to investigate this area believing it to be caused by anomalous activity.
The team, suited in protective warm gear, had reached the target area. Upon arrival they noticed there was a small creator approximately 3-meters in diameter covered in ice and in the center a meteorite. Surrounding the meteorite were the clothes, equipment, and other belongings of the hikers that went missing. With this information we were able to confirm that this was indeed an anomaly and was the cause of the disappearances.
Dr. Oswald, who oversaw this team, was the first to make contact with the meteorite. Dr. Oswald went to take a sample of the meteorite, hit it with his hammer and chisel, and the meteorite cracked open releasing a gust of black fog. From the fog formed the entity we now classify as SCP-5133.
