Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained within a standard containment cell in research zone 4 at storage site 77. No personnel is permitted to enter SCP-XXXX's containment cell without clearance from at least one (1) member of the 05 council.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a wooden park bench dated from the early 1960’s. On the top strut of the bench is a brass commemorative plaque engraved with the words "IN LOVING MEMORY OF JOSEPH ROBINSON”. SCP-XXXX emits small levels of radiation. No radiation levels high enough to have an effect on humans have been recorded, however the levels occasionally fluctuate for unknown reasons.
Between five (5) and ten (10) minutes after a subject has sat on the bench, a entity designated SCP-XXXX-1 arrives at the bench and proceeds to sit down. SCP-XXXX-1 takes the form of the human that the subject is the most scared of. SCP-XXXX-1 is only visible to people sitting on the bench. The entity cannot be recorded on any form of camera but the levels of radiation emitted from the bench increase when SCP-XXXX-1 is present.
