Containment Procedure
The containment Should be a standard humanoid cell. The SCP can be visited during break time or when free time is available. They should have any request fulfilled within reason. they request different types of scones and toast in exchange for staying with the foundation.

Description
He stands at 5.9ft tall and appears to be in average physical condition, they are a white Australian male with black unkempt hair and a goatee. He appears to be omnipotent and omniscient and omnipresent if they want to. He is passive and has a liking to toast and scones, He has a disliking to creating anything but can do so with ease. He was found inside of 049's cell during a containment breach then he clicked his fingers and everything came back to their cell.

"during my first visit with SCP XXXX he offered me toast or a scone, i declined he appeared to be insulted and i followed up with the fact that i had lunch prior to this. *clicks his fingers* (i was then hungry) I then proceed to pick up a scone and eat it. He said he knew what i am here for and the questions i would of asked him, he finishes his sentence with but i shall play."

his response "Well i can teach you anything how to kill contain or befriend any of the others but i shall not"
