Object class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5067 is to be kept in a 50cm x 50cm x 50cm safe with foam padding surrounding all inside walls. SCP-5067 is not to be accessed without clearance for any reason. Any attempt to access SCP-5067 without on-site personnel is to be met with termination. Should any change be noted around the containment area, site researchers are to document the changes immediately.
Any subjects consumed by SCP-5067 is to be held in an empty 10m x 10m x 4m room with a single light fixture attached to the roof.
Description: SCP-5067 is a black triangular-based pyramid measuring 5cm in width and 12cm in height. It should be noted that a depiction of an eye covers one side. At the base of the pyramid are four (4) probes: one at each vertice (3 in total) and one in the direct center.
SCP-5067 was found by site personnel in ██████, ██████ when a routine check of local police records discovered the object on a drunk male's person at ██/█/2███. The male claims that he "found it calling to him in a wheat field", although this claim was made while he was intoxicated. All persons involved in the incident have been given Class-A amnestics.
After rounds of testing (see Test log 5067-5C), SCP-5067 has the following anomalous properties:
- Upon implantation via all four of the object's probes on an organism, the subject will go into a dream state.
- The object will start to secrete a substance consistent with natural oil until the subject's entire body is covered.
- The subject will experience relief until 24 hours after the objects removal, where the subject will snap out of their state and appear to change identities into a █████████ character named "Kel-tar".
- After 5 hours, the oil consuming the subject forms two (2) eyes and a mouth, researchers describe it as "a sludge monster of some sorts".
- The object has the ability to turn back into the original subject, who appears to act as a parasite and take control of the subject's body at will.

Subject: D-9583
Procedure: Subject instructed to stand next to the object for 5 minutes.
Results: No noticeable change to subject.
Test 5067-5C-B1
Subject: D-9583
Procedure: Subject instructed to stab self with SCP-5067 into their lower abdomen.
Results: Subject expressed relief as oil starts to consume his body. 29 hours into the experiment, "Kel-tar" takes on it's full appearance. Subject deemed 'SCP-5067-1'.
Test 5067-5C-B2
Subject: D-2309
Procedure: Subject instructed to repeat Test 5067-5C-B1.
Results: Subject deemed 'SCP-5067-2' produced.
Test 5067-5C-C1
Subject: SCP-5067-1, SCP-5067-2
Procedure: Subjects put in the same room for 15 minutes.
Results: The subjects appear to have a hive mind, being able to merge together and ██████ in mass. The D-class personnel originally subject to SCP-5067 are still consumed in the oil.
Addendum SCP-5067.1: Containment note
Due to instances of SCP-5067, D-class subjects afflicted by SCP-5067 are to be kept at least 50m away from each other unless permitted by 05-council.
Test 5067-5C-D1
Subject: SCP-5067-1, SCP-5067-2, D-8854
Procedure: Subject told to bond with SCP-5067-1 and SCP-5067-2.
Results: SCP-5067-1 and SCP-5067-2 attempted to bond immediately with D-8854, bonding with him in a matter of seconds. For an unknown reason, both instances of SCP-5067 migrated from the original two D-class subjects into D-8854 (now designated SCP-5067-3). D-9583 and D-2309 were debriefed then shortly terminated.

Note that D-9583 is starting to cry from lack of blinking.
Dr. R███: How did you get here? Why do you need a host to survive?
SCP-5067-3: My body now. The host can watch on the side.
Dr. R███: You haven't answered my question. How did you get here? Why do you need a host?
SCP-5067-3: Find out later. I am everywhere. Good luck.

Addendum 5067.2: Sidenote
Based off of that interview I would assume SCP-5067-3 means there are sleeper agents among us. I will put in a request to get everyone in the foundation to be tested in case there is one among us.

Addendum 5067.3: Containment breach
On █3/█2/2███, SCP-5067-3 was being transported to a different containment chamber for cleaning. The security personnel escorting the transfer were attacked by SCP-5067-3. Three (3) site personnel were consumed in this period while review of the security footage revealed a small chunk of SCP-5067-3 had escaped through a toilet drainage. The instance has not been found and has been suspected to have escaped the facility via underground tunneling. Affected personnel have been designated SCP-5067-4, SCP-5067-5 and SCP-5067-6.
