The rate of betrayals and information leaks among the high-level personnel within the Foundation has been rising steadily ever since the Foundations conception. In order to combat this, the O5 held a meeting to discuss potential solutions to the problems that the Foundation is facing. The decided solution is the introduction of a new staff position, known as Council Officers. Council Officers fall into the classification of O5 personal staff and are designed to be the most trusted and reliable individuals at the O5's disposal. The purpose of this is to give the O5 a staff position that they can give secret mission details and assignments that would otherwise be too important or specific to tell anyone outside of the O5 themselves. Each O5 handpicked one staff member or other person and then picked members went through a 2 week-long loyalty test to ensure that they would be able to be trusted to not release information they received. Once every member of the O5 had their own Council Officer all of the Council officers had their names and other information erased from all documents in the Foundation's database and were assigned an O5 number designation and a code name which, from that point on, were the only things identifying each Council Officer. All council officers were granted O5 level clearance and have since been performing assignments only known to them and the O5 council. All important information about the Council Officer's current assignment is restricted to only the O5 member and respective Council Officer themselves. Below are listed the code names and any known information about the Council Officers.
O5-14 | Revolver Delta

Any Other Information:
Has been exposed to a number of dangerous SCP's since being taken into the Foundation as a D-class personnel. After showing considerable intellectual prowess he managed to get out of D-class and an unspecified amount of time later had been promoted to a Foundation researcher.
Current Assignment- Leading research mission investigating anomaly [Data Redacted] on island █████.
O5-15 | Metal Gear
Original Name- Agent █████
Original Position- Foundation Agent
Working Under O5 Member- O5-2
Any Other Information:
An ex-military operative that played a major role in the cold war, having obtained several important pieces of intel that were critical for success without being detected by the enemy. His mind was uploaded to a U.S. database and was later taken into the custody of the Foundation, who created a body and uploaded his memories and mind into it.
Current Assignment- Heading infiltration and reconnaissance mission in [Data Redacted] against organization [Data Redacted]. Mission purpose: Stopping predicted war and preventing damage to valuable Foundation research by a new weapon thought to be in development.
O5-16 | Black Pheonix

Any Other Information:
Worked for the Foundation as an interrogation specialist with an almost perfect track record. Was known for being charismatic and easy to talk to.
Current Assignment- Evaluating loyalty of staff members within the Foundation's upper levels as well as all individuals in positions of power in recognized countries.
O5-17 | Red Claus

Original Position- Person of Interest, Consultant
Working Under O5 Member- O5-4
Any Other Information:
A man claiming to be Santa Claus that knew about the Foundation and expressed desire to join it in 2011. Has shown detailed knowledge of subjects that only the O5 has access to and has predicted several key events pertaining to the Foundation.
Current Assignment- Numerous undercover operations in several different locations, no specific examples able to be found in the database, all specific assignments discussed in person.
O5-18 | Asset Negative
Original Name- Doctor █████
Original Position- Foundation Researcher
Working Under O5 Member- O5-5
Any Other Information:
Worked as a Foundation researcher specialized in mental effects related to SCP objects for 7 years before a sudden promotion.
Current Assignment- O5 meeting stenographer and monthly mental assessment giver to all O5 members.

Obtained a Medal Of Honor but never publicly received it at the request of the Foundation
Current Assignment- Managing all containment for SCP-[Data Redacted] and wiping the memory of all who come into contact with information regarding it.

Original Position- Advanced Foundation calculator and fastest computer manufactured by the Foundation yet.

Any Other Information:
An primitive artificial intelligence created by the Foundation to solve complex problems that require years of work to do as it does not need to rest, it is also used to control rudimentary robotic soldiers in battlefield scenarios where there are conditions that human soldiers cannot survive in.
Current Assignment- Deciphering and creating a translator for ancient languages related to [Data Redacted].
O5-22 | Scarlet Burn

Working Under O5 Member- O5-9
Any Other Information: She was a member of MTF-Alpha-01, "The Red Right Hand" and was known by lower members of the Foundation as "the angel of death", due to her extensive abilities as an assassin and her beauty. Her position in the task force has since been filled by [Data Redacted]
Current Assignment- Undercover infiltration mission into the government of [Data Redacted] in order to gain a political figure implanted by the Foundation.

Has anomalous properties including levitation, light emission, etc.
Current Assignment- Investigating methods of transferring anomalous properties to non-anomalous objects and/or creatures for purposes of augmenting humans to achieve more effective containment.
O5-25 | Omega Void

Original Position- Unknown
Working Under O5 Member- O5-12
Any Other Information: There is almost no information about the identity of O5-25, the original O5-25 was replaced by the current O5-25 after she caused a security error in the foundation database that allowed her access to the name of O5-26 and was inevitably seen as a more effective option for the position of O5-25. She is thought to have been a foundation agent but this has not been confirmed as no mentions of a new O5-25 being assigned have been found, with the event of the replacement only being found offhandedly mentioned in conversation transcripts.
